On 4/23, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer with a 4.5" tumor. Oncologist plan of action 5-6 months of chemo, mastectomy & radiation. After much prayer and research, I turned down all conventional treatment & started all fruit & vegetables. I watched your interview with Lou Corona & it only confirmed my decision. And now this interview confirmed once again when he mentioned the women with a breast tumor. I will be a testimony of God's healing power in Jesus' name.

Since 1985 ive been experimenting and fruit is the only food that truly makes me feel healthy and not bloated Its almost like intuitively the body tells you what makes it feel good. If some people can live on fast food all their life why are we shocked a man can live on something as healthy as fruit?

Great question!! Sooo true … we all know ppl who don’t eat any fruit or vegetables . I knew a lady in her 60s who only drank coffee and coke, no water or vegetables lol ppl who eat fast food every day . Why couldn’t someone live on fruit and thrive? Most ppl are just too addicted to their food and comfort that they’d never try this .

Simplcity, the key and allowing nature to teach you. I just turned 65 and no health issues as well. I retired only to refire, doing what i love, giving back to the community. I do veg/ fruit and no animals or dairy products, nuts yes. Guillan, was a truly enjoyable interview. Blessings to all.

I have been requesting this interview for over a year and I’m so happy you have finally interviewed him. The information he gives is so valuable to the community. I’ve bared witness to the thousands of reversals he has had on his fruit feasts. Orvel is such a good guy and a great teacher. My kids and I went to NYC and he took us to vegan restaurants in the beginning of my vegan journey. I transitioned all of my kids to veganism and mostly fruit based on his teachings in a group about ten years ago. My daughter is now a sophomore in college and is eats high raw, mainly fruit. She makes smoothies for all of her friends every morning. See how far his impact reaches? Affecting the lives of college students, who typically have the worst diet. He’s super active and walks almost 40k steps a day, with a workout at 4am. Super consistent. I saw it daily with my Apple Watch. He’s forever goated in my book. 💚💚💚💚

Last time I went to the dentist, he asked if I was taking any medications. Apparently, people around my age 49, are already taking high blood pressure pills, high cholesterol pills, or some other medication. I’m also “due” for a colonoscopy since I’m basically 50. But these exams are always changing due to health policies and insurance, not actual health related issues.

great interview... gotta love the fruit.. it works because fruit is astringent and has certain enzymes to work with softening waste for safe removal out the lymphatic system kidneys and bladder. thats why there should be chemistry in the urine. its also the indication that your kidneys are filtering, the urine can smell like ammonia, you can eliminate flecks or the urine can be cloudy.. when smelly armpits stops, this is also an indication your kidneys are filtering. urine is acid chemistry encased within the lipid base (alkaline) carrier. the lymphatic has many components to it too, nodes, macrophages, immune system, glands, ovaries etc. these work within the lymphatic system. fruit cleans your waste system out.. like natures draino.. the macrophages work hard to dismantle and disarm nasties like free radicals, dead weakened cells. so fruit is the only food that has these components, astringent and certain enzymes. amazing... and I never juice fruit as the fibre is also the present in the parcel of an apple, orange or any fruit. never cook fruit.. its when it comes into contact with heat, the structure changes, it goes from raw to complex ( diabetes, its the wrong sugar) the brain? runs on fruit sugar, if fruit sugar is needed, the body can alter glucose to fructose. vegetables make glucose, fruit is fructose and dairy is galactose. in every plant, in its structure theres 3 main ingredients present.. protein. carb. and fat.. then comes the water, the nutrients as vitamins and minerals. I believe herbs come along and assist damage from inflammation, remember when people are emptying out old waste, theres gonna be burns left. herbs are healing and perfect for the beginning of any detox.. fresh with cucumber, tomato and I believe avocado is great to support someones healing, especially inflammation.. the oil supports the lymphatic system.. protein? its in plants.. your recommended daily allowance is a 24 hour period, not every meal. but plants, fruits its in its structure, we only need the amino acids mainly for muscles, dna structure, so it is important.. I will be checking out your instagram page, your my kind of village.. thank you..

I’ve watched thousands of videos trying to decide whether I should do carnivorous diet or raw vegan (blood type o), and the biggest conclusion I’ve been able to come to is that all of the raw vegan people look so bright and glowing and healthy, and just vibrant, and all of the people that eat mainly meat either have a grayish tone to their skin or are very red in the face (like they’re having a heart attack right there) and just don’t seem as vibrant

Knowledge is a gift. A lot of people don’t come across it and some of us learned later. I became vegetarian in my early 20’s and never knew another one but the vegan thing didn’t seem to exist. So glad to see you both spreading the word.

I enjoy listening to other peoples views about their approach to their health journey. One thing I wanted to address is when he mentioned herbs not healing anything. For example, I have seen some people heal cancer from herbs, e.g. Essiac & other herbs. Bit I do agree that food can also heal so called diseases. But I think it takes longer & some people need a more aggressive approach to heal. Also because our environment is so abnormally toxic, I think herbs are essential these days. I don't trust only depending on how I feel because there are a lot of so called diseases like cancer and diabetes, e.g. that you can't feel developing until they are quite progressed in the body. I also think blood testing is very important because deficiencies can take years to be revealed. Thx for letting me share my opinion, with all due respect for everyone's choice.

Herbs are toxic! Herbs deter healing because they are not correct Food for humans, containing toxic volatile oils and alkaloids and don’t even qualify sugar-wise. Simplicity is key!

Gillian, I just watched all of this with a smile on my face while I shook my head. Every bit of it was fascinating and I now have alot to think about. I’ve been vegan for 9 years and have followed Fully Raw Kristina since the beginning but I’m now thinking hard about the fruitarian approach. Does he even eat berries? I’m thinking about 6 mangos a day (definitely organic) and ordering them just to see what happens. I’ve got a machine growing greens in my house and now I’m wondering if I can even cut them out. I think I’ll try to stop the packaged everything (chocolate brownies, too?!) first and go fruit and greens only. I’m like you and take a bunch of supplements, but I’m going to look at the science again. If he’s right about forgetting about protein and just thinking about amino acids, then he really must be right about so much more.

Great interview. I think the key to wellness are fruit and vegetables. I think it's okay to listen to others journey but every individual should do their research and start slowly and listen to their body. It's a personal journey, no 2 people journey is going to be different. There is no right or wrong but what is right for you in your journey. We all have different perspectives.

Excellent interview🙏🏼. I feel it is important to point out that a lot of the questioning, differences or believed opinions are endlessly subjective. If one firmly believes Iodine, calcium or salt is essential to their body, this then becomes a self fulfilling prophecy until scepticism diminishes that status quo. This gentleman is living proof of this fact. He has no doubt and no fear that his bodies needs are being met. We are so much more powerful than our puny minds will allow us to be…

I love the not drinking water thing. If there’s one thing I learned from doing the keto diet for too long, is what it truly means to be hydrated. The keto diet caused me to dump electrolytes and become so dehydrated. Keto channels would say to have more electrolytes and that drinking water alone doesn’t hydrate you. In fact, if you drink too much water, you can cause yourself to urinate out all your electrolytes and still be dehydrated. So what really hydrates us is the MINERALS, not necessarily the water. And we can get minerals from our fruits and vegetable’, along with the water in them. Also, carboHYDRATES hydrate the body 😊.
