She's Michaela Breeze MBE, well known for commentating at various events including Rio Olympics and Tokyo Olympics. She's a retired 58 kg weightlifter: Silver at the 2010 Commonwealth Games; Bronze at the 2014 Commonwealth Games setting a CG snatch record. Cheers.

There's two lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. Each lifter gets to choose 3 different weights to attempt and the highest total wins

Team china has so many strong athletes present and Olympic gold medalists: Li Fabin, Chen Lijun, Shi Zhiyong, Lü Xiaojun, Li Dayin, Tian Tao, Hou Zhihui, Liao Qiuyun, Wang Zhouyu, Liang Xiaomei, Jiang Huihua, Zeng Tiantian and Li Wenwen; the strongest female weightlifter right now.
