It’s absolutely ridiculous. A team assembled across 5 managers and 2 owners and a season when they signed 14 players! When you have a squad this big, how do you assemble a proper playing XI let alone identifying your best XI??
One of the reasons that he's going is because he wanted a couple of experienced players but the board didn't so I don't see them going anywhere.

Apparently it was because he had no say in transfer targets. Pochettino is actually a very good player and I think he could be a great person to look up to and teach the more younger and inexperienced players. I was always on his side for Manchester United manager ever since I saw him with a couple of well known trick footballers and he wowed me but United went for ETH instead

Can only think that chelseas owners are step brothers of the glazers, they don't have a clue! If Poch is out Ten Hag in comparison has got no chance... some of those Chelsea signings they're not worth half what they paid for them!
I won't be surprised if he ends up at Bayern Munich...they need now go for a manager with the right level of experience. We need Tuchel or Conte or Mourinho simple as that.

You know Kompany is the new Munich manager, right? So, Poch can't go there... unfortunately means he will be heavily linked to United more now.

As soon as a Chelsea manager delivers any kind of success the owners boot them out. It's like they don't want success. Sacking Poch was incredibly stupid. He's not a bad manager & tbh it started clicking towards the end of the season when Poch guided them to a strong finish. He didn't deserve to be sacked but hey that's Chelsea all over
Chelsea will now likely finish around 10th next season, and now the players who liked Poch, will need to fight for there spot in the starting 11 again for whoever is the next manager. Chelsea is like the meme of being inside a burning house and saying this is fine, like i`m not a Chelsea fan and even i find this whole thing to be absurd.

Unless they've convinced Nagglesmann to join after the Euros, this is a TERRIBLE decision... Porch has a proven track record with dealing with youngsters and they've made sooo many signings over the past 24 months that to now hire a new man who's gonna want his own style of players is utterly comical, n I'm not even a Chesea supporter.
