Other comments are stoopid, this looks amazing, instead of bringing a phone tripod and a water bottle on holidays u can just bring one thing!!

Yeah but the fact that the water bottle probably has to be filled a decent amount for it to stay up right... And if you drink that water after a good work out it won't. Seems the only point is to record yourself for 5 minutes and post on some stupid social media platform for people who only weigh their value in life by how many followers they have.
