Dark is just better on low TA. Light naturally wins on high TA because of the hit count of the skills

both are good, Dark is a little better for early game, Light is strong in Void up to your preference

Light is only better at very high stats and levels, and requires decent positioning with many of the skills, otherwise they will do much less damage and Dark is easier to play, with less investment both are good at endgame
