In volume 16 he evolve into ultimate slime and he have a dragon factor after obtaining void god azathoth he should stronger than below like 10 or 100 times but when he was able to move in suspended world he is already strongest in the series but when he got all angelic ultimate skills if synthesise all the skill and all dragon factor he may be strong as veldanava or may even become the incarnation of veldanava

There is a difference in EP (Existence Points) and Magicule Count (Capacity), one number represents EP and the other MC. MC isn't really good to determine who is really stronger when comparing two individuals, EP is something they came up with in the Labyrinth to assess the power of floor bosses and adventurers trying to beat them. Of course they checked everyone in Jura Tempest and RImuru's friends and allies as well. While one can hide their Magicule count by controlling the leakage, as far as I know no one is capable of hiding their EP. Or so I believe, might be wrong...
