RIMAC NEVERA FULL STORY! Exclusive Factory Tour with Mate Rimac

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Welcome to the home of Rimac and the assembly line for the Nevera electric hypercar! Join me with company founder, Mate Rimac, for a full tour of the facility and production processes that go into making Nevera. Mate's enthusiasm and knowledge is infectious, what an opportunity!
Having visited the original facility a few years ago when the Concept_one was in production, things have stepped up a gear for Nevera with a new home in Zagreb, Croatia, ahead of opening the full new Rimac Campus that will be home to the over 1,500 employees to date. It's here where we can explore the entire process from the engineering offices, through to the final testing and cars reaching the end of the line.
Learning about the components, technology, and engineering that goes into both the Nevera, but also cars from Koenigsegg and Aston Martin like the Valkyrie, gives an insight into the work carried out by Rimac. Having recently formed the new organisation of Bugatti-Rimac, this location is also going to be the home for developing, prototyping and testing future models for both companies, including the hybrid powertrain in the next generation Bugatti.
It's an extended video, with so much to take in, and in particular thanks to Mate's knowledge and passion for everything in connection with the brand, and products. A special thanks to Mate, and the team at Rimac for this special opportunity, wrapping up a glorious time on the Supercar Owners Circle Croatia 2022 event.
Thanks for watching, Tim

I don’t see why people get so impressed. If you truly love what you do and are trying to achieve, you should know everything about it down to last bolt. I guess people picture just another guy trying to get rich? Maybe the case for normal companies CEOs like Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet etc… not when it comes to these kinda of cars.

Couldn't be more accurate. The two of them are undeniably willing to give their guests (and their audiences) complete transparency and an in depth explanation of each idea/component/process of their masterpieces... And do so with a humble, yet confident, awareness of accomplishment... And in their cases - genius and innovation UNLIKE any other brands... Koenigsegg being in a class of it's own... Along with Rimac changing the industry. Both setting the bar far too high for the industry giants to achieve, hence why Bugatti put $500,000,000 in Matte's (personal) account.

Tim I just want to say Thank you for not showing the pagani crash! Respecting the owner the company and not using others unfortunate bad luck to gain large views that you would of got! It would of been a 2 million viewed video that's a good payday ! This is why your respected ! It's why people let you drive there multi million dollar cars and why we all watch! Great clean respectful knowledgeable content that all including kids can watch! You are the KZread supercar leader in all areas! What a respectful thing to do the temptation to show it for mega views would have been in your mind but you chose to do the right thing! Well done Tim God bless you your family and all viewing🙏❤ we can all learn from that decision you made! To respect others at all times especially when it comes to making money! Take care all! Fascinating to see the growth of this what was a small company. See signs of growth in the company everywhere in this interview. Such a cool success story. This CEO I00 percent car guy. It's fun to see him talk about his own cars after so many years and time invested. This interview was too fast and joy to watch. Very passionate and knowledgeable. Keep the epic content coming tim! 45:48 agree 100% as a UX / UI designer working in the automotive industry I can tell it helps a lot to visualize things early and all throughout the process to get everyone on the same page. To get an overview quickly like here saves a lot of time and thereby ensures product quality.

@@petripaavola819 Elon Musk claims to understand every part in the Model 3 & Y, and after "production hell", sleeping at the factory, and pushing for full automation only to fall back to partial hand-assembly, he probably has the scars to prove it. I don't know if there's a video of him walking through a Tesla assembly line like this great video. In the Everyday Astronaut's great walk and talk videos with him around Starbase; you can see Musk look at rockets and their engines and think "Why do we have that part at all? If we changed the design here, how would it affect production of the next 100 rockets?" ❤ the work of great engineers

@@skierpage I give all the possible credit for Musk for his achievements. He has done a lot. Especially SpaceX is just simply magical. My poin here was Mate and his team are passionate what they do and that shows up in as craftmanship on the product. I think you cannot fairly compare Tesla and Rimac, because they are intended for very different customer. My bad on even thinking this.

Thank youbso much for sharing. The engineering complexity is just mind boggling. What Rimac have achieved is truly remarkable bordering on unbelievable. To be producing parts and equipment for huge companies like Hyundai and others instead of the well established companies is such a monumental achievement. Hat off to them.
