What Mate Rimac has achieved with his company is, I think unprecedented in the automotive industry. It feels like he's already such a legend yet his time is barely even started. I could watch and hear him talk about his company, the employees, all the processes and I would be entertained for hours. He knows all the little bits a pieces around there and takes utmost care of his workers. Not even just for the automotive sector, I think every company needs and deserves a leader and a boss like him, we'd see exponential progress absolutely everywhere.

Mate is a true leader! You can feel he is passionate about everything that is built there and he has built an environment where the talent that he has found can shine and deliver their best work. It’s not common for companies to have leadership like that, and the ones that do end up attracting the right passionate talent to grow it even further.

This world needs more leaders like Mate. He's a true entrepreneur and built everything from the ground up. He knows the ins and outs of everything Rimac. Treats the employees well and I was surprised at how open he was about everything. Also of course that down to Earth personality that he has. I'm only halfway through, but I wanted to comment because of how amazing this video is. I truly feel like Mate wants other automotive manufacturers and other businesses alike to see all of this and improve their facilities and overall quality. It makes for good competition in which creates better products and quality of life for everyone. If the world had more leaders like Mate, we would be doing a whole lot better as a human race. Thank you Mate for bringing us in and allowing us to have a really in-depth tour of your amazing facility. Would be a dream just to meet you and have a conversation. Thank you for this amazing video Misha, and congrats on the engagement! I look forward to seeing what you have in plan for this year! 😁😁

I am really looking forward to visiting the Rimac Campus in Croatia when it's completed.

Wow, I don't have enough words to describe how I fell after watching, RESPECT Mr. Mate Rimac, the Croatians should build him a statue, he put his country on the auto map of the world and now they are in the first row seats, if I can say that. Probably, in my opinion at list, your best video Misha, it is very long (even if it was 2 h long was worth to watch it all) extremely technical, but a lots of interesting facts, and first time, for me at least, when I was able to see most of the process of building a car. After this I think that Nevera is too "cheap", not that I will be able to even dream at one. Again Respect Mate Rimac and Misha for sharing this experience.

The thing i love most about this video is that it gives a better insight and look into the different setups and potential innovations that (Mechanical) engineers like me and worldwide should have better understanding of and learn where and how we can fit into the future of Rimac Automobili. The Sky is the limit and this video has given me the mental push to keep working hard to one day build and contribute to the growth of the Automotive industry and expansion of Rimac, if not to compete with them as well 😂😂... Mate is as excited about his production process as he is about his cars, maybe even more. He knows how it all works and all of the improvements they are making. It’s all captured in that exceptional brain of his. I also get the impression that his team building skills and team problem solving skills are a big part of his success. He seems so passionate about what he’s doing, but also very humble considering his achievements are like only a few people on the planet. One of the incredible things about KZread is the way you can be a part of things like this. It is like you are there yourself, walking along with them, but not saying anything. I’ve had the opportunity of watching other incredible builders talk about their passions like Christian von Koenigsegg, Gordon Murray, Horacio Pagani, Mike Patey (Airplanes), Alexey Mikhaylov (Explorer Yachts) and of course, Elon Musk. Before the internet, these were people you might hear about or you might see their picture in the paper or magazines and that’s about it. Now you get to experience them in a way that’s the next best thing to meeting them yourself.
