The way they make the authentic sherpa food here is amazing. Immensely popular food in the are like Rildok (mashed potato soup ) ,Rikikur (potato pancake), Falgi ( it's a corn stew with potato, radish, carrot etc and meat which is optional) ,Butter tea or Sherpa tea, thenthuk or syakpa. 😍
