Blue-eyed soul at its finest.
The MOST requested song on radio for the entire 20th Century !
@Jamie_Pritchard

Understandably so.
One of the most influential songs in the history of rock and roll. These guys, and particularly this song, was one of the first of the genre to be embraced by an older generation that had previously been anti-rock.
The best singing duo in history
The best duo of all time
This song was the MOST PLAYED song of the 20 th century .....their tune You're my Soul and Inspiration is the 3 rd of their biggest hits ..They were enshrined in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 .

Has to be one of the most recognizable voice in rock history, the great Bill Medley.
The way music should be......Next check out "Soul and Inspiration" by these guys

That is my all-time favorite!
I will also say the way this was choreographed in black and white TV was just amazing!
Fun fact...sang the theme to dirty dancing and ghost, in the rock and roll hall of fame, opened for the Beatles and the rolling stones on tour
Power and harmony.
Their voices are magical. So nice you like it. This is one of my favorite songs ever.
never forget emma... These guys are singing LIVE!
One of the very best songs ever sung.
4:15 "We had..." Both voices start in the same instant, at matching levels, perfectly harmonised, in the dark - sheer talent and hours of practice.

This is the studio version.
Love that harmony!
Fun fact: One of those female background singers is a young Cher, hopefully you know who she is.

I was going to mention the same thing about one of the background singers was Cher .
It so fun to watch women go from intrigue to fasination
Great reaction! One of the truly great songs of all time performed by masters of the craft.
I took my father to see them a few years ago. At 80 years old Bill Medley still has his voice! I'm in my 40s and was in the baby in the crowd. :-D
Candy is dandy, liquor is quicker but the Righteous Brothers make every woman weak at the knees!
Ebb Tide Ebb Tide Absolutely beautiful 🔥👍🇬🇧💥💥
there are two versions of this. This one is dubbed with the studio version, the other is the live version with screaming teeny boppers in the background. This performance was shot on the TV show Shindig.
Great song and reaction, when music was music.
I sang this in a bar once. I could do both of their voices. All the ladies fell in love with me.
I got to see them in Concert in early 90s at WolfTrap ..an Amphitheater in Virginia man just as impressive in-person
This was the duo that garnered the moniker Blue Eyed Soul. Santa
Another group that introduced revolutionary technics to pop music was Sergio Mendes and his 1960s groups especially the 'Brazil 66' female singers and his arrangements. My Favorite is the 1940/50s song 'Night and Day' 1st song by Cole Porter.
Absolutely fantastic reaction Emma!

Bobby does a version of “Summertime” that shows off his incredible vocals, and there are several other songs they do that for some reason hardly anybody reacts to.

Good woman Emma great reaction my friend I love this song such powerful beautiful voices ❤️
They were the best😅
Just Wonderful
Thx u for playing their song, you are stunning lady❤😊😊😊😊
Greatest song ever 😊!!
Great reaction video Emma. Just think of the end of the movie Top Gun which came out in 1986. Also the bar scene song Tom Cruise and Anthony Edwards sing
As others have said the most played song of the 20th century 😂.
Definitely I hope you have seen or will watch Kenny Rogers "Lady" "Coward of the County" "She Believes in Me" "Through the Years" :Islands in the Stream" (With Dolly Parton)
You are my soul and my hearts Inspiration is another great song of theirs.
I love the voice of bill medley❤❤
Amazing
Check out them singing You'll Never Walk Alone.
Cher was one of the young girls singing background vocals.

Wonderful reaction. Now you need to do Linda Rondstadt.
This song is in the movie Top Gun bar scene
Check out "Soul And Inspiration "!!!!!!!!!
May I suggest Soul; and insperation also Rock aand Roll Heaven
Thanks! Such a classic and I appreciate you covering the oldies as well. Please PLEASE check out Elvis Presley's version of this song, live from Las Vegas in 1970.
"Now I've... had... the time of my life..."
Emma, I LOVE YOU!
Please react to them singing Soul & Insperation Ebb Tide Rock & Roll Heaven
I saw one of these with two moderators were doing this one. The black guy yelled out, "These guys are white?!?!"
Emma u are beautiful
If you haven’t already, you should check the band Player. And the song Baby come back, I think you’ll enjoy it 🤘🏻
If you check out " Summertime" by RB, I think you'll be pleased. This is actually a solo from William.
Sorrry for suggesting a song on an unrelated type song, but you must react to the band Tool with their live version of Sober. The lead singer Maynard James Keenan is absorbed in the character of the song and belts it out! This song came out in 1991, and it is as relevant now as it was back then. I think you will be amazed by his talents and the pace of the song. Try to do a deep dive into Tool. They are a phenomenally talented band!!!
enjoyed that a super lot. unbelievable energy. keep up the content please 😍😍😍I'll leave you with a request. You have to react to October Ends ' new song, it's mind-blowing!
You need to listen to 'I Just Want To Make Love To You'... They take Blue-Eye Soul to Funky Town!!!! A CLASSIC!
Fun fact Cher was one of the background singers ❤

Thanks a lot for this great reaction, enjoyed it a lot! Maybe you'll find it interesting to consider listening to a cover of this, "Morale ... / You've Lot That Loving Feeling" by Human League.
