Right Now! Arctic Cat Announces 2025 Arctic Cat ZR - RXC - Riot

On Tuesday, January 9, 2024, Arctic Cat took the snowmobile industry by surprise when they revealed the 2025 model year lineup. More details have come out since then, and I wanted to compile what I know so far and share it with everyone.

The bases are loaded for 2025: On first is the new 858 powerhouse, on second is the new G8 display developed by Garmin and on third base is the new AC5S shock package. Driving them home will be the Catalyst platform itself, making it a Grand Slam.
I don't think that's overstating it, Arctic Cat has quietly positioned themselves with a winning hand and it was fun to put all of this information together for you. I hope you find it helpful.

Thanks for sharing all the new information. Great job on your video and I agree with the home run commentary. I think arctic cat literally has the best sled in the market on their hands. Happy riding my friend.
After riding my sons new Riot and seeing how the 600 performed and how it felt I went out and bought a ZR ATAC 137 Friday night, it was a canceled order. We got two feet of snow where I live in northern Michigan and after a hundred miles it's a game changer. I would have put a bunch more on but I'm a groomer operator and spent 8 hours out last night and heading out again soon. Great report!

Hopefully Arctic Cat can survive. With all of these low/no snow winters, it going to be difficult to sell enough sleds to be profitable

I agree with you, I hope they're prepared to ride out a bad winter and survive. However, I think they will. Spring 2023 orders were very good, and many dealers had one of their best years ever. They just need to keep it going for 2024.

@@brucewunderlich4949 I hear ya. There are a lot of people watching the 858 closely, and will jump if they hear positive things about the Catalyst (which are getting more frequent). On the other hand dealers of all brands are sitting on inventory right now and I'm sure they're hoping to unload AND have a good spring order. That's liking less likely every day. We'll see, I'm still thinking positive.
858 Riot with 1:35 cobra and ATAC would be my choice too
Getting rid of the Blast name was a very good idea.
That's a no-brainer, spring order coming 858 riot atac ,what do you figure warranty will be on the 25s

Spring orders for 2024 got a 2-year warranty, and I would assume it will be the same for 2025.
From what you know, will Yamaha still be supplying the Thundercat/Sidewinder motors for 25?

Yes, they will (at least for 2025). The Thundercat is maybe my favorite sled to ride, especially with EPS. I know people with Sidewinders and they love them, as well.
Who really cares!! Cat needs a new more power 600 motor or we can just wave at the Polaris's as they drive by with 10 mph!!
