    The coach was asked a simple question and he answered. He wasn’t touting up his athlete. The only person who could answer that question is the coach he knows the difference and similarities between the two athletes.

    He said something interesting about Jaydon maybe that he should jump against 17m or 18m jumpers so that he’d feel the pressure jumping against the big wigs. Maybe that’s a good idea or point

It's also interesting that you keep bringing up that one video when I have been saying from I created this channel that Stephen is my favourite coach and I love the no nonsense approach. That being said I don't agree with everything and certainly doesn't stop me from constructively criticizing him.

    Did y'all watch the interview? He prefaced by, saying based on the #s, and because of the technology available now that wasn't available then, he is "ahead of Asafa" and better "for his talent " than Asafa at this point. He's speaking about talent, not accomplishments. When it was said about Bolt, people also got upset. Asafa will always be our Sub 10 king and former record holder. His legacy is solidified forever.

    T when yuh see potential yuh know potential and definitely this is a potential destin to be a promise.asafa PB is 9.72 and I Don't find that impossible for a kishane.if he's better than asafa then we're know looking at a 9.6 runner

    Back then when Franno said he had an athlete that will break the 100m WR Jamaica did ridicule him. Now u r all trying to ridicule T all Franno argument coincide with what she has been saying. Some of u guys have to see something happen before u know that it can happen. U can also watch trend and history of a particular thing and make predictions accurately

    For now the comparisons I see is: 1. Stephen is/was their coach 2. Sometimes when AP run with his neck flexed like KT. BUT we should leave the comparison alone. AP was known for his start. KT top end speed seems to be the better part of his race. He has more pressing issue: staying fit & healthy.

    Yet has no individual gold or silver medals at no Olympics or World Championships. Kishane Thompson will be better than him and will have the mental toughness and presence of mind to show up at the big meets and not just at Diamond League.

    Much too early to draw these premature speculation about who is better than who. Asafa had a remarkable career, although he came up short on a couple big races, you can't rewrite his history. Let's see how Kishane performs over the ensuing years.

    I'm not into the crystal ball thing, but i recall when Fast Elane was still a 10.7 runner, we had an argument/discussion about if she could go 10.6. I had a friend who knows Franno well, put the question to him. "10.6? We want the world record", he ssid. She came pretty close there, so the cosch got some credibilty in assessing talent.

    You can't compare Bolt to someone who never won an individual gold (or even silver) medal at Olympics or World Championship and now insists that he is some celebrity/superstar who is always being overlooked 😂...Kishane Thompson is already better and he will prove that at the Olympics once he is mentally tough.
