I really enjoy my ridstar I had it for 3 months I have a flat tire it was like last month and it my first time getting I get new tires try put it together but it keeps unplugging my wire to the motor I hope you can make a video of it so I can put it together please and thank you

What you need is an ebike torque arm kit. What's happening can be very damaging. Your axle is rotating backwards as the tire rotates forward. The torque arm kit holds the axle in place to prevent this. There should be a tabbed washer on the rear axle to prevent this, but it's not up to the job. I don't suggest riding it until you have a torque arm added. Search Amazon: ebike torque arm I will be doing a video on this soon.

Do you know what causes the front breaks to pulse when breaking? Also the rear tires whenever I reach 22mph or hire starts making this noise like the tire isn’t making contact with the ground for a split second and than repeats until i reach to 28mph or higher. My friend said it’s the hub motor and it should be fine. What do you think?

Hello ! Im soon going to get a ridstar q20 and I see lots of complaints with changing brake pads specifically as they're oddly shaped. What would be your opinion on overall changing the brake system for a different set of hydraulic brakes

Wow this video dropped right in time! I just got my Q20 a couple days ago and the rubbing was really embarrassing commuting to work. I was in the process of Googling how to fix it when I got the notification for this video, my mind was kinda blown by the coincidence lol. Thank you, you saved the day!

I've gotten an very bad grinding sound when I use my brakes. Will try some of the things here, or would that be a different issue? I'm new too all the e-bike stuff

Hari Krsna, as you have found out only from Ridstar. Area 13 may be able to help you also that's where I will go if I have problems. They may be able to help you or anybody with an e-bike for parts and much more

Hari Krsna,hello agin! I do believe eBay kicked me off. Doesn't matter why does it? Anyway I get better help on Amazon. That's where I got my e-bike,ridsrltar q20 pro. It was hard but they talked to me my mirrors came in with the bike and they were both broke long story short they finally after so long replaced them. But at least they were good people all the way around. EBay sucks. Never go there again

wait till you try to bleed the brakes. it cant be done 1200mile had to buy new replacement breaks

The bleeder screw is located on the caliper.

Hari Krsna,hello. Informative keep up the good work. I do have to say that you made a video on a loose kickstand I have a q20 pro all-wheel drive 40 ah 2000 W Motors and about only 300mi on it.And sure enough I almost lost my kickstand both bolts were loose the whole thing was wobbly. I was lucky I did not lose a bolt or both bolts and the whole kickstand. I did not take your warning seriously I almost paid for it. Quick where is the Loctite haha.Hari Bol
