It's great that you have a sponsor but Betterhelp is a very bad one, especially for the users. They have previously sold data of their users without consent and have poor controls on who is actually able to be a 'therapist' leading to people with questionable views being placed to give vulnerable people advice.

It's come to light that their services are not as confidential as you might think and some of the people they market as therapists aren't actually licensed somewhere. My daughter and I stayed for two nights in a delightful ryokan in Kinosaki Onsen a year ago. An amazing town to visit, seeing your visit brings back many memories, although you found better places to eat lunch than we did!

Yes, you're right. In western societies it's quite normal to care for your mental just as for your physical health. It has become normal to talk with your family, friends, coworkers or even your boss about mental health issues. (Your company needs healthy and productive workers so it should be interested in caring for you) I heard that this seems to be a bit difficult in Japan.

It’s not the camera it’s the amount of data you have to manage. A few days of filming like that runs into 100’s of GB’s very fast.
