On the Core5 the wheel does not come off that easily. This video was edited not showing the difficulty removing the stuck wheel.

I read a comment where a car mechanic said taking off the rear wheel on the Core-5 is big hassle. Had to take it to a shop and leave it a week.

i've had to change the tire 3 times now, it's been difficult every time. it doesn't come loose unless i hit the bolt with a rubber mallet. i'll be applying some grease to the contact points, and loctite on the nuts. this youtube channel is useless for support. instead of trying to help, their default response is "Please reach out to our support team."

Where is the video for Roadster v2!? Rear assembly seems to be made with cheap in mind, not reparability. How much would it have cost to replace the zip tie with a Velcro strap?

Roadster V2 Rear Wheel is flat. How do I get it off

This does not apply to the Core-5 unfortunately. Would you make a video showing how to remove the rear wheel of the core 5? The wheel gets stuck and will not budge even with 200lbs of force and a good whacking with a rubber mallet.

Someone removed the outer circlip from my ebike wheel. And it is bent and neither do I know exactly where it goes. Will it be ok to ride my bike without the circlip ?

How much torque do you need when putting the wheel back on?

Out of the box mine was barely hand tight only attached to the frame by the safety washer and screw. If you have a torque wrench 60 to 80 nm. Unless Ride1up can post a correction that is what I went with.

This video is bogus. The wheel does not just fall off the frame when you undo the axles. Any other suggestions.

Soooooooo what if your bike is made different

Where are the instructions for the LMT’d? I have no clue what you did to secure the wheel to the bike but it’s definitely not coming off

I don't know what is called but on the outside of the skewer on each side next to the frame is a washer with a screw attached to the frame. Even after removing this my wheel was still tight to the frame, had to use a mallet to remove and put wheel back on.

Okay. About the same for any other rear bike wheel with the exception of the motor cable. "You can now put the zip tie back on"- how ghetto is that?! Guess I need to buy a pack of black zip ties too.

Yes, a new zip-tie or you could get a re-usable velcro strap.
