Ride to Original Tea Hut at High Beech in Epping Forest
I led an early autumn ride from Cambridge down to the Original Tea Hut in Epping Forest, it's one of the oldest biker venues in the country. We went the scenic way through rural Essex using the B1383 via Hatfield Heath and Matching Green.

Looks like a great day! Nice to hear all the knowledge for an area I’ve never been
Great bread pudding at the tea hut 😋 some great roads around that part of Essex 🏍️
Another great video, I live a few miles from high beach and have been to the tea hut a few times riding pillion. Yes, Henry the eighth - Queen Elizabeth the first came to Epping Forest there is a hunting lodge a few miles down the road from high Beach which is open to the public.
Yes it is still run by the same family. Bradley who runs it now is the grandson of the original owner.
Nice mate
👍nice
Nice 👍
I used to be at High Beech every weekend back in my biking days in the 80s. The area around the Kings Oak was a great meeting place back then. Sadly it went off the boil when it started getting policed and they introduced speed humps all over the place. Another place that's faded into memory was quick snacks café on the Whipps Cross road in East London. Some mad times were had there.
Nice mate, I'm at the tea hut allot. :) Might see you down there. Given you a sub for a fellow youtuber :)
