That chassis has been around since WWII. It's the M44 chassis. Started out as a gasser.

I remember having to "touch-up" those stars on the doors and bumpers. The stars went away in late '74.

What kind of tires are those? some have trouble finding replacements, but I like those and your still running duals on the rears. The ole beast looks sharp I would imagine parts are a bit tougher to find over there.

Michelin XLs block tread. Plenty in Canada and the us. As for parts i would just buy em in from the US from places like Big mikes and TJ murry. Links on my page!!!

Everything about the idea of owning one of these gives me a hard-on, except the fuel costs. I'd have to start using recycled oil from restaurants and let the exhaust smell like a french fry. 😅
