you got his tail; I replaced my so-called turkey sights on my Mossberg 835 with a fiber optic self-adhesive bead and a pattern master choke tube have a deadly pattern out to 70 yards with 3.5 inch #4 heavi shot if i miss it is all me!

I feel your pain. I missed birds three times this year, twice in MN and once in WI. Fortunately, I got two more chances and made both shots. Just have to keep trying. I’ve had plenty of misses in more than 40 years of turkey hunting. It’s not fun, but it’s also what keeps me coming back. Hang in there Ricky. Hope you get another chance at a bird!

What kind of plants is Rick set up in ? Looks like a weed garden, buddy will think a sasquatch made a nest in there, Lol. Sucks that he missed the turkey though .too bad he didn't know a grizzled old machinist that could make him a replacement bead for his shotgun.

Very well said at the end Rick seems to struggle sometimes but the guy don’t give up he truly has to love it I know I enjoy watching him

Hunting requires dealing with the highs and lows. But, I guess that's what makes it so exciting when things finally do work out.

I missed a Jake at about 8 yards one time because the front sight came off my gun when I pulled it out of the case. It’s just poke and hope when you only have a back sight on the gun

Benneli Nova with3 1/2 Frderal tss in5-6-7 shot. Its a heavy gun, but it shoots well
