What I'm trying to figure out, is how large a crew is needed for GENERAL MAINTENANCE on both buildings. These buildings are a lot of work just to maintain.

It's lovely to see Rick back on his feet. The patio filling is now down to a fine art and seems to be going much faster. It's great to see this old building getting a gentle face-lift.

What a beautiful home the Chateau makes. A dream come true that we can all enjoy watching unfold. ❤
