I think the line transcends more than just a monetary situation. Creative freedom: Wayne was held back from releasing albums from Birdman. Someone more knowledgeable, feel free to elaborate. Emotional Instability: Wayne and Birdman constantly referenced each other like father and son. They were so close at one point they pop kissed. With their relationship, Wayne needed a fatherly figure (as we all do), while Birdman needed to secure his paycheck. So when he says “I pray you find the kindness in your heart for Wayne”, means to man the fuck up and if you called him your son and he believes it, the own up to it, not only when it’s convenient and making you money.
