This version can be found as a bonus track on the 2003 re-issue of Richard and Linda Thompson's 1975 classic 'Pour Down Like Silver' album on Island records.

Bloody hell. I was there!! He was wonderful then, and a true master now! What a song!
Richard is a great songwriter, guitarist, singer and man.
His deep baritone is masterful, and his guitar is legendary.
He pours his soul and life energy into this song. Superb performance.
Back home to God.
This is so so beautiful, it touches the soul.
Bought this album in a secondhand record shop in London. Nobody else I know has it, then we found out it was only released in the US. It's a fabulous album. Solo with just an acoustic guitar.
He is in fine voice here.
