I've watched Bertinet alone and he is much calmer! This video stressed me! And no ingredients given... Aggh

Sweet pastry formula 1-2-3 (Whatever the measure I part sugar, 2 parts butter, 3 parts flower) It;'s as easy to remember as 1-2-3! Pinch of salt if you like, add cold water to just bind the mix or egg yolk which make a lovely gold finish.

Totally agree, he's very annoying when he cuts in. It's like he's jealous and thinks he knows better, EGOTISTICAL!!!

I agree with the comment below, I can't concentrate on the pastry for the interruptions from James.NOT SATISFACTORY.

You don't touch an egg and right after that go touching other kitchen tools, without washing hands first. 01:31 Come on, James.

Dislike for james... Richard is good chef, but with shity james, mess up everything
