350g/12oz plain flour pinch salt 125g/41⁄2oz unsalted butter, flattened out in between two sheets of greaseproof paper to 1cm/1⁄2in thick, chilled in the fridge 125g/41⁄2oz caster sugar 2 free-range eggs, whole and 1 egg, yolk only 1 egg, yolk only, beaten for egg-wash

I've watched Bertinet alone and he is much calmer! This video stressed me! And no ingredients given... Aggh

Sweet pastry formula 1-2-3 (Whatever the measure I part sugar, 2 parts butter, 3 parts flower) It;'s as easy to remember as 1-2-3! Pinch of salt if you like, add cold water to just bind the mix or egg yolk which make a lovely gold finish.

If Richard is the guest chef why does James Martin interfere all the time? Usually Richard give recipe and shows how to do it so clearly.

Totally agree, he's very annoying when he cuts in. It's like he's jealous and thinks he knows better, EGOTISTICAL!!!

I agree with the comment below, I can't concentrate on the pastry for the interruptions from James.NOT SATISFACTORY.
