20 years? don't you mean immediately? :P the big screen thing wasn't even new, even my primary school had "smart boards" in 2005 and the desk idea at the end is just next level laziness, when people don't even need to spend energy on simply sitting upright anymore let alone do something as physically intense as drive a car manually (sarcasm, duh), we're going to finally reach the wall-e universe pretty soon xD

Because a lot of these inventors are nerds who watch too much scifi. I mean I love scifi but a lot of it is unrealistic and impractical

It's just like the screens you see in movies when the main characters are trying to solve a crime or plot an investigation! Also, 'Zoe' reminds me of Holly. And her surname is Lister! What a coincidence XD

Love this show for showcasing some awesome ideas in accessibility for those with disabilities- now, if only the prices were accessible....

Its fun because the actress is called Zoë Lister and the talking head is like holly from red dwarf

i'm pretty sure you could carry around a 138" tablet if you were strong enough xD But it's not actually 1 screen so it is possibly lots of much smaller tablets used to image share and appear as 1 massive screen. That method is often used.

Watching this on a Benq W700 and that screen was smaller in comparison to what i have now - at home, for gaming and entertainment - and had this projector at least back in 2013. All i need to add to be able to interact with onscreen objects like that is something like a kinect and a bit of code, this "touch manipulation interface" is nothing new when comparing to Microsoft Surface which came out a looooong time ago. Some "visionaries" are living in the past.

I would love to use my eyes as a mouse!
