@@pseudonayme7717 I did see extras and it was just like ' awkward' shtick (done to death since the 80s) that gets overdone...man in a wheelchair etc etc. Its just formulaic I think. Humour is personal. He and that constant 'awkward schtick' just annoys me and I think it takes up funding and air space for newer more innovative comedians.

People enjoy his content and why wouldn't they? It's good if you're into that kind of thing. Just because you personally have no interest in something does not mean it has no value. A few years ago, I dragged my friend to see Noel on tour. She had no idea who he was but I didn’t think trying to explain him would do any good. So...we both ended up crying over a tea bag in the pack of imaginary cupboard, we’re taking notes on how to make a Goonies style treasure map with the help of that lonely teabag and were delighted to find out the random dancing chicken was indeed the other Fielding “in disguise”. Good times. She’s still confused about what the hell she sat through though.

Watching IT Crowd and then seeing Richard go off and swear is unusual... but I love it.
