Frank Matthews, otherwise known as "PeeWee" or "Black Caesar", was one of the biggest kingpins in the country in the late 60's and early 70's. Frank's ties to the French Connection made him untouchable in the underworld. When his world came crashing down, the first opportunity he had to flee he took it. Frank hasn't been seen in society since 1973. This is his story.

Because the case is still open…if he was found and had passed away then the case would be closed and movies could be made…but since no one knows there most likely will never be a movie about him only documentaries 🤷🏿♂️

They said he was on bond and going to court and everything for a minute and then one day he saw a prosecutor in the hallway who let it slip they had another indictment coming down on him and he bounced the next day. Iv read a LOT about Frank man. First off you did an excellent job with the video. In my opinion, the woman he took with them is probably dead, whether he killed her or she died of another cause. I think Franks dead now too but I think he probably lived the rest of his life out in the middle of nowhere on an island as a nobody

just did research and its literally the same. CIA & French intelligence protected this gang from corsica, in exchange they kept the port out of control from French communists.
My theory is either he, and his girl were killed by a trusted friend in Houston, and they took whatever money he showed up with. I’d buy his escape if the girl ever showed back up, but I find it hard to believe a woman her age would completely abandon her family, and never eventually seek them out again, OR he was an informant, and has lived out his days in witness protection under the ruse that he’s been missing since the 70’s
