As a chiefs since I was a 3rd grader in 1989, I feel like I’m living a football dream. I’ll be sad when the run is over. Until then, I’ll continue to be grateful.

Exactly, I spent too many years in agony to not fully appreciate the Mahomes-era. I don't need to rush GOAT or Dynasty-talk, but we all see where this is heading, and I want to enjoy watching him do it. Freakin' Hollywood Brown?!?! Veach won't waste a season either. Gotta love it.

3rd grader?? Why so late to the party? HA. I grew up close enough to Arrowhead we watch it being built so I guess I can say since birth. We all put up with some serious misery off and on for 50 years until this run. And to think we're a dumb Dee Ford offsides penalty from possibly a 4th in this stretch. Best part yet, they all seem to be great dudes, far from the huge egos of the likes of Brady or Rodgers. Heck Rodgers can't even make his OTAs since he's in a cave somewhere doing mushrooms, I guess. Fun times in KC

I'm right there with you. late 70's, 80's were bag over your head years. 90's Marty came to town and they got hopes up every regular season, only to break your heart in the playoffs. The years between Marty and Andy were a repeat of the 80's. I was starting to believe that I'd never see the chiefs in a super bowl, let alone 4 in 5 years and winning 3 of them. This is the golden age of chiefs football, we've earned it.

Ravens can try to devastate the Chiefs by running the ball. But with Rasheed Rice, Hollywood Brown and Kelce, I'm not sure Ravens would have the patience, because they might be playing catch-up. Chiefs will be dangerous.

BEL15VE. I grew up in the KC burbs and been a fan since I went to my first game as a kid in 1989. We sucked for so long it was incredibly heartbreaking, and now we’re in this position. What a world.

Do you think this challenge will bring the best out of Kelce? And the best out of Brown, Rice or Worthy? Having all these weapons should bring the best out of Mahomes… Right? I wouldn’t bet against the Chiefs this year…

Disagree that it will have "little impact", but I agree that the large, obvious weakness was the WR room. They were CRAP on offense all of last year. And Mahomes carried that to a super bowl win. 🤷 Give him league average weapons he's gonna be great. Give him very good weapons, he's gonna be damn near impossible to stop.

The Chiefs D was #2 last year? And could be better this year. They also learned how to win with a dink and dunk underneath passing game. Added some offensive weapons….added a punter that can break all time records with every punt. A kicker that has come through in the most clutch situations ever….Lets go!

Kelce will have more space to run his routes with the safeties positioned to prevent the deep ball. He tore up zone defenses last year with safeties nor worried about deep throws. Watch Kelce's numbers go up...

I've watched his interviews during KC press conferences and he seems very down to earth, surprisingly.

The CHIEFS don't have to win every time they play. They just need to get into the playoffs. Look at the great playoff run that they did just to win SB58, and with the worst wide recivers group under Mahomes tenure. GO CHIEFS!!! 3PEAT!!!

Rich Eisen is so clever "Rice has to get himself open" Well, for one thing as a rookie Rice had OVER 900 receiving yards and he was the 3rd leading receiver in the playoffs(#1 was his teammate Kelce) so yea, he must have gotten open a time or two, sheesh.

Eisen was referring to the fact Rice is facing multiple felonies for racing down a Dallas freeway at speeds in excess of 160 mph, causing a multi-car wreck with injuries, then leaving the scene. Crashee will spend time in prison before he plays football again.
