Rice Krispies Treats (Classic Version) - Joyofbaking.com
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Recipe here: www.joyofbaking.com/RiceKrispi... Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Rice Krispies Treats. Krispies Treats. It is the busy mother's dream; ten minutes at the most and you are done. Just mix together rice cereal with melted marshmallows and butter (or margarine). And the best part is that both kids and adults love this candy-like square, with its sweet flavor and crispy texture.

Poetry N'motion helped me 🤣 I cooked my canna butter and didn’t know what to do with it. Now I do 😏
@Natasha-qg3fy

Poetry N'motion reread my comment before passively insulting me. “No offense” clearly mean you will say something negative afterwards 😒 The thing with Cannabutter is it has its own taste, which don’t match every desert. I tried this rice crispy the sweet taste covers it up. I tried to bake it with something more healthy that don’t have much sugar, nope won’t do the taste of the cannabutter is way to strong for it.

I bought the ingredients because my mom wanted some homemade ones. She’s hurting because she had surgery not too long ago and just wanted something sweet. So, I’m gonna make them as a surprise, but also add peanut butter. I remember her making them for me when I was small, so now I can make them for her 😌

I've only ever made these squares using the amount of butter stated in the recipe. However, you could try making them with more or less butter if you like. You don't need to line the pan with paper, you can simply butter or spray it with a non stick vegetable spray.

I can’t thank you enough. I am starting a week long vacation and was looking for some ideas for my daughter and myself to do. You made this seem so easy to do, and I can’t wait for daddy/daughter time ❤
That's an interesting idea. Yes, I would think you could use another type of cereal.
This is my favorite sweet. MY sister once made me a big round one and frosted it for my birthday. It was so colorful and great. I just loved it. Has anyone used coco puffs? Those are so good, I always thought those would be good????

Give a round of applause for this lady, she’s so active even 10 years later
My first 2 attempts were train wrecks. The trick I now see is the PAM spray. Thanks!
I’ve never made rice crispy treats before and your tutorial was great, the whole house loved them
Ive always liked well done home-made ones better than the ones you buy pre-made. Different texture and the buttery flavor of home-made freshness is lacking in the ones you buy.

Was just checking the many recipes for this easy treat and came upon your video. I found it helpful. I have never added vanilla, but I am going try it next time. Thanks for sharing your recipe and time.
I Love as She is moving the spoon around all the sounds of the rice cereal all cute and crunchy delicious sounds 😋
Hello, A few years ago I got into cooking and baking for the family; I was retired at the time. Then I started taking part time jobs prep, some cooking, some baking. Now I’m with a child care center and responsible for getting snacks and meals together, 3 times a day M-F. Today I made this recipe for 80 kids and while I haven’t served them yet, I think they turned out quite well! Your tip on spraying Everything was right on the money. Thank you!
Thanks, I just made this with my son. It was so quick and easy! He loves it.

This is the best rice Krispy treat recipe video EVER!!!
Incredibly simple!!! Bout to make these for Hocus Pocus 2 movie night!! 💚💜
Returned home in the wee hours this morning from shooting pool thinking something sweet would be good and noticed the box of KRK and package of mini marshmallows on my kitchen counter. Checked out a couple KZread RKT recipe/instruction vids liking this one the best. I appreciate Stephanie’s use of pure vanilla extract for added flavor. I used about 15ml of Knob Creek Bourbon. I also appreciate Stephanie’s idea of spraying cooking spray on her hands but that is messy. I buy 50 count box disposable latex gloves at CVS for handling garlic, onions … so spray gloved hands and personal clean up is easy and fast, just dispose of the gloves. She is right, great after pool treat!
Thank you so much for this recipe Stephanie!! Ive used it about 10 times at it’s turned out amazing each time!
I watched quite a few videos on this recipe and this was the only one I could find with the measurements/amounts of ingredients so thank you for that.

Yuuumy!!
I did it differently. See, it was my first time doing this so what I did was melt the marshmallows first and DIDN'T put the butter along with it. By the way, I used a different kind of marshmallow. My marshmallow was a lot bigger than yours. Is that bad? Anyways, after the marshmallows exploded in the microwave, I immediately took it out and then melted the butter separately. Once the butter was melted, I mixed the marshmallows and butter together. Then I poured Cocoa (not the Fruity kind) into the mix and whisked it until it was... ready. It's fun making this but mine was sort of a disaster.
