After 1986 lots of wrestling territories were either shutting down or disbanding from the NWA, as basically the Jim Crockett promotion was the only NWA promotion that was fighting Vince's WWF national expansion. Also Fritz's bad decisions, such as making fans believe that Lance Von Erich was part of the family when lots of WCCW fans knew that he really wasn't a real Von Erich, and Fritz's heart attack angle, took a really bad toll on the promotion.

Yeah
Kevin was my favorite. He took zero shit in the ring.
That’s Kerry not Kevin in that pic
Video about Kevin, Pic of Kerry.
Rick was very sharp here
Kevin was my favorite Von Eric
The video title doesn't match the pic😂
Producer want to either raise maddens headset volume, or raise his mic? No reason for him to yell everything.
What was Flair talking about regarding the airplane? It wasn’t booze…
I thought his name was Kerry!
That’s Kerry
Get it together, ya drunk! Thats Kerry. Not Kevin in the thumbnail.
Madden is doing it and he loves the genre so I can’t agree with some of the criticisms of him. Madden is doing it!
That’s Kerry, c’mon Ric!
Does Madden smile and have a personality?
Mike (before the toxic shock syndrome incident) always seemed relatively capable, but from what I've read, his heart wasn't really in it. Chris on the other hand (again from what I've read) was all heart, but lacked the size, ability, and the physical health to be in the ring.
Mark, let him talk !
That is Kery von Eric
Mark Madden looks like he has to a about half a minute to process what Ric has to say.
Kevin and Kerry were identical twins, I did not know that.
Kerry
Unfortunately only Kevin is still alive
All those brothers killing themselves something must have been going on behind closed doors
That's NOT KEVIN!
Put Kevin in your thumbnail
Flair got the kid over 😂😂
Kevin looks nothing like his muscular brother, Kerry. Kevin is skinny compared to the former Texas Tornado.

What? Kevin and Kerry had nearly identical physiques. Kerry had a larger frame with a bit more bulk so he was obviously larger in size but to say they look nothing alike is not correct.

Kevin had a Natural looking Swimmers build that appeared to be steroid free! Strong, just Natural build!💪

Yah, he should have been a heel.
Mark Madden with all the questions you could ask Ric you asked the same absolute stupid question that everybody knows already this is the best you could do 3:49
Wow nice mess up with the thumbnail
Kevin was stiff on purpose to make it as real as possible, and every other wrestler who mentions him says he expected stiff back. And anyone who pulls out a bad tooth with a pair of pliers himself... That's tough.
STOP SHOUTING MARK
Damn thumbnail..Kerry dude 🙂
WRONG BROTHER
Thumbnail is disrespectful as hell.
Why is this guy yelling?
SHUT UP MARK AND LET FLAIR TALK
Kerry = Kevin
what a horrible interviewer not even laughing with Rick just trying to juice out answers like cmon man
I thought Kevin was the best. David didn’t have the look. Kerry was too messed up physically and mentally.

David was only 25 when he died. It looked like he would have a great future.
So why are you using a thumbnail of Kerry?
Madden makes this show suck
Mark Madden lol you ask lame questions
Ric weren't you supposed to talk about everything that happened of the Plane Ride from Hell. You know not that many people like you. Addressing the issue would clarify things, yet I have not heard you touch the subject at all. Why haven't you gone back with Renee to tell "the truth"

Eh????😜🫣
The reason why kerry could drink like that was because he had a hollow leg.
This guy has isn’t a good interviewer
This podcast is so sad. Love Flair but jeez, he doesn't have anything interesting to add or any good takes I'm dying to hear like other good wrestling podcasts. Not to mention the unbearable Mark Madden hosting.

I don't think Ric wants to smear anybody, but instead relate good memories of his time as an active wrestler. I do wish Mark used more of a conversational voice.
