I gotta say I’m very impressed with Conrad on this one. For a southern boy to manage to get out Saskatoon Saskatchewan that close to correct is incredibly impressive. That’s not a knock on people with a southern accent, Saskatchewan is a native Cree word, That screws up almost everybody. Great video fantastic topic and again well done to Conrad. Yeah, I’m from Saskatchewan, And I see you said it just fine.

I never understood why it wasn't televised and was on a VHS release. I actually saw Dusty Rhoades on a VHS tape before he showed up on TV as well. Crazy how that works.

1992 it was Dropped. Hitman deserved better on tv... man was he one of the best ever to watch in the ring! GOAT
Flair is way to hard on himself. The match where he dropped the title to Bret wasn't bad at all. It went nearly 30 minutes and was shown in full on a Coliseum Video back in the day. If we didn't already know about Flair's ear problem you would never notice it from watching the match. It was mat based and just a good technical match.

Ric is always his biggest critic
Correction it was October 12th 1992 people should do there homework more 🙄
It's amazing how much clarity he still has. From his living-the-gimmick persona, to his life-threatening (and career-threatening) injuries, to his many years of working the ring, you'd expect him to be a jumbled mess. Instead he still has his wits about him. What a tough, legendary man!
He lost to Bret in 92, not 93. SMH.
Both are 🐐 🐐
NC Wooooo!
They should of saved this match for Royal Rumble 1993 or Wrestlemania IX
It was 1992, but close enough.
Damn
I honestly thought if felt weird seeing bret beating flair since brets run as a tag team guy n i.c guy was still fresh in my mind. I saw bret more like a i.c champ type. It took a while for me to take bret seriously. I did after mania 10
This title switch was the right idea, it was just terrible execution (no pun intended). The face ALWAYS got a grand stage to make an impact and then suddenly Bret wins and it happens in the middle of nowhere. Talk about being set up for failure. "Oh, but we made our money on house shows!" - PPV's were already an established commodity. In 1991, they came up with a lame Tuesday Night In Texas...how about the same thing in Saskatoon?
Hogan came back in February so Vince should have held on for Hogan Flair at Wrestlemania. Ric could have replaced Money Inc in the Brutus angle to set up the big match and leave after the event. The timing given what happened was odd.
