    With regards Dieter's point about switching to gold taps should not result in an increased architectural fee to the client: I used to think the same, but there is a reasonable argument that there is an additional risk to the architect on site / contract administration from the higher value spec that the client has decided to install. If there were a mistake on the up-spec'd taps for any reason by the architect, the impact on the architect's PII is going to be more significant than if he or she made a mistake on the spec of a standard chrome tap....

    I did so want to like this video but has been made so lazily. Apart from Jane, at the very least the participants could have been told to sit properly and speak to the camera. @6.12 the guy with his leg up appears to be scratching his genitals ;) Calling the institute Reeba doesn't help either. This is too lengthy- a short infographic video would be been far more effective
