If you don’t want to use your oven in the summer, you can use a rub and put them in the crockpot for 6-8 hours on low. Then put sauce on when out of the crockpot. When cooking they can lay on top of each other and they still get cooked through.😊

I cook mine in the Instant Pot first, then sauce them and caramelize them in the air fryer or broiler, so tender, YUM!! Melaney from SoCal

Baby Rays has a No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce 4 carbs minus 1 fiber=3 carbs for 2 Tbsp sauce. I think there are 10-12 Tbsp in a cup so it would be about 15 or 18 carbs per cup.(remember 2Tbsp is 3 carbs).❤love you Leslie and fam❤praise the Lord Jesus ❤

Leslie!! If you like Sweet Baby Rays (and I sure do!) BBQ sauce, you'll be so happy to know that it now comes in Sugar Free - Woohoo! I nearly did a dance in the grocery aisle when I saw it! SO GOOD TOO! You can hardly tell the difference from the regular! Also - I've always been a Heinz ketchup girl, but I do keto now so I gave G. Hughes Sugar-free ketchup a try (I didn't really love the G Hughes BBQ sauces) but pleased to say that his sugar-free ketchup is THE BOMB! Is that what you used in your sauce? Brown Sugar Swerve is amazing!!Really cuts those sugar carbs down and makes keto lifestyle even that more liveable! Another sauce/condiment hack: I loved the sauce you made for bang bang shrimp - and so I tried G Hughes SF Sweet Chili Sauce and it mixed with mayo makes a great Bang Bang sauce!

Hey Leslie!! Those ribs looked good!! You said that you use Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce. You may already know this but they make a low sugar version called Either Ray's or Baby Ray's, I can't remember which. I just wanted to tell you that in case you didn't already know. Love your videos!!

We have a pellet grill and I smoke my ribs on it for 3 hours and then add sauce and heat around 300 for 1 hour

Your meal looks amazing ! I’ve never made jalapeño poppers but I have some in the garden this year for the first time. We are enjoying them in our scrambled eggs. I sure wish you had shown how you made them, especially after Bryant said they were his favorite part of the meal. Also, I was in hopes you’d show how you got the membrane off your ribs. That’s the hardest part about cooking ribs. Thanks for this video. I’ve written down the shrimp recipe and I’ll make it very soon.

We want to see the entire process rather than jumping to the end of a process. Also would like to see you clean house and shop for groceries and show the haul.

I just recently tried a place called North Coast Seafoods and so far we have been pleased with the quality of the shrimp and fish they have. Cost is very reasonable and they ship to your house packed in dry ice. Thought i would pass that on as we really like shrimp but most of the time here in Virginia it is either too expensive or not of good quality.

Oh my goodness! Those glasses y'all are drinking out of remind me of when I was a little girl. I'm 51 now and when I was little, we had brown glasses like that and my grandma had green ones. I can't tell if yours are exactly the same as the ones we had but if not, they are very similar. We had 2 sizes, tall ones like you're drinking from and some shorter ones. I remember they were really heavy (or at least they seemed that way when I was a little girl) and me and my brother weren't allowed to use them when we were little. We had to use Tupperware cups. 😊 I remember them very well too. It was a set of 4........one brown, one orange, one yellow and one avocado green. Mama had a brown Tupperware tea pitcher that matched. It's funny the things we remember from childhood and how something like seeing a glass in a KZread video can spark all those memories.
