Naming convention's gonna get a bit odd moving forward. By adding 2-3 before puff piece, that'd mean puff piece would get pushed to 2-4, leaving this to slot in before the intermission. Hopefully that makes sense.
Anyways, wanted another level for Nicole since she only really gets one to shine (one main level anyways). Figured I'd try fleshing out her story a bit. Make her smoking come from a feeling of being trapped by life. But as the smoke envelops her, it too becomes a prison, one she's come to accept.
I dunno. Just a thought.
The level itself basically introduces oneshots in a 3/4 time signature. Oneshots seem to be at home in 4/4, so why not experiment a bit?
It also kinda works with the swing thing introduced in puff piece.

I'm guessing you were going to do this for every act. if that's the case, I'm quite excited because act 5 had the worst pacing I had ever seen.

Might take my sweet time with it, but yeah, probably will keep making these. I agree with you on the pacing issue with act 5. There's way too many new mechanics introduced too quickly. Not much time is given to really explore each one. It's funny that I actually want more filler content in a game, but honestly, seems perfectly appropriate here.
