In order to deal with negative feelings I use to do breathing exercise (anulom bilom - pranayama) which help me to release the all negative feelings and all positive feelings instantly start to pouring my body... I instantly feel relaxed ...

Rhondas work has had a great positive influence on me since many years! Great interview :)

Just listened to this interview again & continue to get more & more from it…wonderful 💖💖💖

It’s the simplicity of her writing that has made it so much easy for millions of people like myself, to understand and live life without the suffering. She also got interviewed by Lewis Howe-the school of greatness, she has acknowledged others who too she has learnt from, including Abraham Hicks, Esther & her husband.....There’s no “I’m better than them” attitude from Rhonda at all.... We all have our preference and what works for one may not work for another, that’s absolutely fine... Bless you all 🤲🏼🌀✨

Iv given copies of her 1st book to 3 people & only 1 actually read the book. The 2nd person didn't believe in that sort of thing & tossed it out. I said you should have given it to some1 else to read she said oho well. The 3rd person couldn't find it & asked me to buy her another1. U can lead a 🐴 2 💦 but u can't make him drink it.

I have a desire ever since I was a child and it is that we all live closet. My brothers and sister. And for that I need to buy them houses in the same neibourhood. Now after listening to Rhonda I am sure that something good is going to happen. Maybe I need to get close to them un another way. I am so expectant..

i've discovered some limiting beliefs that i just realized have been making me feel terrible today. when i wrote them down i cried, its like a weight lifted.

Yes I keep thinking about Abraham every time I hear Ronda talk..she even uses phrases that come directly from Abraham . Esther/ Abraham were supposed to appear in the Secret but were scrapped at the last minute ..I am sure originally most of the truly important material that is the base for the secret was directly inspired by Abraham's teachings, much more so than the other teachers featured in the book ..I am very familiar with all those teachers & their work,know & appreciate it for what it represents but none is as widely encompassing,inspiring and complete as Abraham's and yes it is a shame that Ronda didn't give Abraham's teachings the place they greatly deserve.
