...Rhod Gilbert's luggage sketch is legendary 😆, it never diminishes in enjoyment of repeat watching! In my opinion, it's up there with the two Ronnie's '4 candles' sketch - timeless comedy at its British best!

The Welsh accent makes his rant-y style of comedy work so great. It just wouldn't be the same with any other accent.

The Scottish accent is good for ranting because it's so strong which is why Scottish comedy is so strong!

He's milked the luggage gag so many times now, yet every time, it still has me cracking up!

This is gold! This routine is what made me a fan of his. I keep re-watching this from time to time.

how can anyone not find this funny? it's absolute class!

I’m obsessed with everything about him. His voice, his talent for humor, his body, his face. Wish I could marry a guy with all those qualities. Always makes me smile and laugh, no matter what else might be troubling me.

When I hear his stand up, it sounds like poetry

Arguably the best Comedy Roadshow lineup ever on this particular episode. Rhod, Stewart Francis and a then unknown Kevin Bridges who stole the show and whose meteoric rise to fame started that night. The rest is history.

Any long shows of this comedian ? I totally love this type of commedy , it's awsome. Right out of life , taking hellish experiences too comedy standards by the way he express and tells the story. Great talent here , love too see more ! :)

Amusingly he's quite an aggressive comedian who comes off as a thoroughly nice and fairly gentle guy. Weird juxtaposition on stage, but adds to his charm, I think.

Ryanair. Airline based in Ireland, very cheap, arguably hellish even by air travel standards. (I took it between Valladolid and Milan in 2008 and didn't think it was too bad, but that could have been luck.)
