Hi lovely, thank you sm for this video! just wondering how long did you wait post op before working out again? I run every day and I’m anxious about not being able to for a while after my surgery x
@HadiaJenn
2 жыл бұрын
Hi babe! I just started to work out and I’m 4 months post op. I honestly would suggest taking a break until you feel your nose has healed enough to handle throbbing and pressure! Working out causes swelling and you don’t want a stitch to pop out or a graft 😩 (sounds crazy but it has happened to others!)
@yasminlichioui7103
2 жыл бұрын
@@HadiaJenn thank you for replying, I really appreciate the advice! have you had to really limit your activity over the last for 4 months? what about really long walks (2/3 hours)?
@HadiaJenn
2 жыл бұрын
You’re welcome! Yes I walk every day! I just don’t speed walk to basically avoid higher blood pressure (the throbbing) but I walked for about an hour every day. Now I jump on my trampoline and use my bike for cardio! When I tried working out at 2 months, I could feel pressure in my nose, which I don’t so much now once my heart rate is up. ✨

Hi! For your Covid 19 test before leaving did you have to do it 48 hours beforehand or is it max 48 hours?
@HadiaJenn
2 жыл бұрын
Depends on which country (or countries) you have stops in! For Turkey they needed a 72 hour test. Germany needed 48 hours (from the time you land in their country)
You are an angel for this… I am planning on traveling to turkey alone, how was it navigating through the airport?

Glad to help! :) it was so simple because they have signs everywhere! The assistant will tell you which door to meet your driver, who will have a sign with your name on it!
Hi 👋 I forgot to mention, if you plan on doing laundry (Deluxe package hotel has washer/dryer in each unit) pack some laundry pods! I took 4 pods and dryer sheets with me in a small plastic Tupperware to prevent it from breaking in my luggage. If I think of anything else that I may have missed, I will edit and add to this comment! If you have any item you think are important to take with you, please feel free to comment them to help those who are traveling to Turkey in the future!❤️

When you say medical forms what medical forms are you referring to? I have a surgery scheduled for January and I’ve only been told about the e-visa. I’ll be going through London with a short layover there so now I’m wondering how I find out what I’d need for London bc I didn’t even think I’d need anything there. Also, is there a specific place we need to go when arriving at a connecting location like London to verify anything? I’ve never traveled internationally so this is my very first time.

Hi hun! Yes, you do! I believe they’ve required an evisa since 2014 for us who are not from there!
I’m going to get my rhinoplasty on April 25th in turkey aswell . Im sooo scared but excited. Im 19 so I’m going by myself to turkey because I’m not aloud to get it done and I don’t have anyone who would actually go with me but YOLO I guess . Do you have any tips on what food to eat ? I don’t think I’d try to go out by myself soo I’d probably want to bring snacks in a suitcase . Thank you for the video 💗

If you have your heart set on a doctor in Turkey then I say go for it! I have yet to find someone share a negative experience about traveling there and alone! I do recommend going with a doctor who has packages that include the rides to and feom airport and appointments to avoid that stress
