The Wim Hof method along with cold showers, yoga and meditation finally helped me heal my chronically infected sinuses, despite doctors recommending hot showers to help drain my sinuses. Been doing this for about two months now and I'm infection-free for the first time in six years! 🙏

Everyone should be sharing Wim's videos with everyone they know! Everyone knows someone with auto-immune disorders. I actually have 3 of them. Wim Hof is helping me greatly! I am now symptom free from doing the breathing and ice baths and i also drink medicinal mushroom teas daily. Turkey tail mushroom and horse hoof fungus mushrooms. I used to feel like a 95 yr old and now i feel like i'm in my 20's and i'm actually 40.😉💗✌

I didnt do proper cold shower routine. Some times I did. On the other hand when ever I have medical issues I am doing breath excercise and it helps to get better faster. I did breath excercise 1 month at least 3 times per day and each time I tired to hold my breath longer. Hope this is helpful.

I've been following wim hof for a while now, and this arthritis is the same thing my father has, he can't write with his right hand anymore which was his dominant his whole life. I've tried my hardest to output wim hof onto him, but he's your regular stubborn old guy that's only doing what the doctor tells him to do. it's sucks that thinking about someone I love could be fixed (healed to an extent) and refuses not to cause we've all been BRAINWASHED to live this life with drugs and medications

My mom was diagnosed with RA 5 years ago, she was prescribed with methotrexate and prednisone by her rheumatologist which helped initially but later pain was unbearable. She stopped her medication gradually while stopping gluten sources, dairy and sugar completely. She was able to walk and since then her RA has been in control. I will try the WHM breathing exercise as she may have better results.

I pray for healing daily. I believe God works in mysterious ways because HIS ways are not our ways. I never heard of Wim Hof, but recently after my morning meditation & prayer (I fully believe I was lead to him) I figured, why not give it a try... Thanking God first and foremost for my healing. Not for nothing, but I was diagnoses with rheumatoid arthritis in my back, But I don't want take pain meds. After only 3 beginning breathing sessions with the Wim Hof technique, my back feels so much better. I read some potential issues with the method, so I will continue to pray, and let the Holy Spirit lead me. I am currently pain free & thanking God for my healing. And believing that God uses anyone who's willing to be used for HIS glory. Even if Wim Hof doesn't believe he's being used by God to help heal people, I do.

The problem for me is the cold shower, the muscles tens due to the cold water, and the pain in my back intensifies. So I hate it to say, but after a few weeks every day a cold shower (I even start to like it, the cold water) I felt better, but my back and legs start to hurt so much, barely couldn't walk anymore. My right leg starts to burn, numb, and I did have no control over it. I mailed to the Wim Hof organization serial times, but they didn't know what to do about it. They even pushed me away. It's to commercial organization and do not want any negative reactions. So, I left it for what it was.

This is why cryotherapy is so popular. It has helped people with all sorts of auto immune diseases, as well as many other ailments. That seems more doable to me then an ice bath, or even shower, but wayyyyy better than an ice BATH! That sounds beyond awful. Lol - I think with cryotherapy it helps that you are just submerged in the coldness all at once, from head to toe evenly, and also the fact that someone else presses the button, and it's over really quick.

@@mRSChopf thanks for the update. I have started a carnivore diet. There is tons of anecdotal evidence for that being effective. Still breath and cold showers. Fingers crossed.

I am also suffering from tinnitus and I wonder like you if this method could help, however, I have started breathing and cold showers, and sometimes, I feel it is reducing the severity but I am not sure. I hope it works because tinnitus is a neurological problem and breathing and cold showers seem to improve neurological problems, boost the immune system, and eliminate inflammation from the body which may be the culprit behind tinnitus. I am desperate and I am giving it a try. You also give it a try and post the update next week, so will I. Wish me good luck.
