Orange Car Bad yet there was another show at salle Albert-Rousseau in Quebec City during the same tour. I was there in Quebec City and I thought it was so disappointing that Rhapsody weren’t headlining but they did a tremendous performance. What a band they where during the 5 first albums ❤️

Great italian band...fantastic!!! Viva l' italia!!!

Rhapsody, the very first big metal concert my father took me to. Drove 3 hours and jumped with me there (even not being a metal fan). A 10/10. They did not fail a note. Fabio is a master with his vocals, he can go from ópera to the highest notes with 0 effort. He is the male version of Floor Jansen.

Ah. Rhapsody. They are titans of the Symphonic Power Metal genre . Honestly, as much as I love the live performances, the studio versions are the way to go. If you wanna listen to more Rhapsody (or Rhapsody of Fire ) listen to Never Forgotten Heroes or Gargoyles Angels of Darkness . Studio versions And yes Fabio is one hell of a singer.

Thank you very much for reacting to them so quick :) Yeah it's an Italian band and this is their first concert in Québec, I saw them on a live DVD and always loved this crazy version ^^ But that band is pretty awesome, that's the one who made me love Metal :)

The inspiring story behind this band is that Luca Turilli (guitarist with short black hair) had cancer as a teenager. The doctors told him he'd die in just a few years. Instead, his cancer just suddenly disappeared, and Turilli formed the band as a sort of counter-balance to the Norwegian black metal scene (people who burned churches, were involved in murders etc. and wanted to be evil). Turilli wanted his band to bring good and joy into the world so that the evil part of metal would not win. :D

I remember meeting them here in Monterrey México. I took pictures with all the band and they where super cool. Love this band since Jr. High.. :)

Relationship goals.

French Canadian? Where are you from exactly? J'habite les Cantons de l'Est (Estrie) au Québec. My favourite Rhapsody of Fire song is Symphony of Enchanted Lands (1). It's as epic as Rime of the Ancient Mariner. I also really like the 7 year collaboration with Sir Christopher Lee. He was in his late eighties early nineties but his voice was still deep and powerful. He is mostly narrating but there are a few songs where he actually sings. Can you imagine it? Dracula, Saruman, Darth Tyrannus (Count Dooku) singing heavy metal? And his voice his a perfect match for Rhapsody of Fire's symphonic style.

I've never seen Rhapsody, but I did see Fabio sing for Kamelot back when Roy Khan retired and they needed a singer for their tour. He did great with Kamelot. I noticed he didn't use in-ear monitors nor ear plugs, so there were a few times where he was a bit pitchy because I don't think he could hear himself. Other than that he was good.

emerald sword is legendary. i think all metalheads of the world can sing it along :)

Fabio, Luca and Staropolli where great together.. It´s a shame they separated. But Luca an Fabio launched a new album together using the name Turilli - Lionne Rhapsody.

Fabio Lione is one of the greatest singers in the world! Angra made a great deal by calling him to assume the vocals. All the respect to Edu Falaschi, but Fabio is in another level. Listen to him singing Lamento Eroico.

I want "La Leyenda del Hada y el Mago" of band "Rata Blanca"... is an amazing.

Actually from Italy, though two of the band are French and the drummer is German. Power metal SHOULD bring a smile to your face. Not sure I've seen a crowd enjoying themselves as much as this. "Lamento Eroico" is another classic and very different to this..

You guys should watch Unholy Warcry and Holy Thunder force by Rhapsody of Fire those two songs alone made me fall in love to Power Metal Genre

#Rhapsody the myth of the holy sword. Sweden, Piteå. The song reminds me of the lord of the rings, in fact all of rhapsodys songs do, and it is one of my favorite movie franchises. But this one in particular just makes me think of all the fun times ive had with my friends playing fantasy games and watching The lord of the rings and stuff.
