This scene broke my heart for Rhaenyra. She had to see it for herself to believe her son was truly gone. I just wish she had his body to bury him, put him to rest properly. But there is nothing left of him but his cloak. What remains of his body was eaten up or in a watery grave. Thanks for uploading.

I never thought I'd laugh at something like what you just said but wow , that really just cracked me up .

I think a part of Rhaneyra still held on to a slither of hope that Luke was still alive somehow. That hope was destroyed upon finding his cloak with Arrax's wing because it was proof that he had been riding Arrax and was indeed killed by Vhagar. Her grief was incredibly portrayed, well done to Emma!

Aemond will get whats coming to him. Too bad he wont be able to "see" Luke on the other side.

Damn cut the best part when Syrax belts out a cry for her rider, rider’s son and her son as well.

The rough landing of Syrax was a nice touch, shows that Rhaenyra was in such a desperate state of mind to see her sons/Arrax’s remains 😢

Part of me hopes the whole fisherman theory is right and he survived the fall and became an ordinary man for the rest of his days. But alas, it's just a theory. Rest well young prince, you were a credit to your family to the end.

Dear Jesus my heart broke for Rhaenyra in this episode! She lost his dad, baby daughter, son and her throne in the season one finale and here, she couldn't even get the body back for her son to bury him properly. Rooting for her and Team Black (haven't read the books but whatever it is, it won't end well since this is Game of Thrones)!

Syrax lost a child in Arrax as well. You can feel the grief in her too 🥺

I'm team black as they come, but dude, feel sympathy for Helaena, she just watched her son's hear get taken off, I won't say retaliation wasn't inevitable. But Aemond was the one that deserved, him or Aegon, but Jaehaerys? No. The sad thing about this is neither Aegon or Rhaenyra had wanted Blood and Cheese or Storm's End.

In no way the green are right . People are very dishonest . Say you like the green but in no way they are right. Viserys was very clear. He wanted Rhaenyra to be his heiress. He said it multiple times. Alicent is just an hypocrite that does not want to recognize that she is accomplice to her father's plan to gain the throne. She envied Rhaenyra s free spirit and that she was unapologetic. Her father groomed her for sure and the king was disgusting for marrying her. But viserys was clear. She heard what she wanted to hear and deep down she knows about. In the book it is more clear but the showrunner wants to make the green look more grey ! Rhaenyra biggest flaw is that she is a woman. She has proven to be a far better queen than Aegon. Had she been a man , no one would have discussed that. Also Raenys should have been a better queen than viserys and his weakness.

Luke’s cause for fighting Aemond was never rooted in jealousy but in desperate self-defense. The young boy was traumatized by the event. Alicent’s children are the rightful heirs according to Westeros’s constitution but Rhaenyra was approved under royal decree to rule and was given the oaths of all the houses. Rhaenyra thus far, is the ruler by right and temperance in my own opinion. She has the support of the most reputable houses Arryn, Stark, Velaryon, and etc. Her legacy would had been of peace and reason.
