I disagree, I think Meleys is the perfect sized dragon.

@@stuffynosepatrol Meleys was older and Syrax was young and in the book if i am not mistaken Syrax was fast as Meley's and her adult size she is large as Caraxes. But she lack ferocity and a court dragon and too friendly compare to other dragons. But her flame is really hot and powerful that is enough to melt knights armors easily.

@@whitesage2066 thats actually incorrect. Meleys, even in her old age and size, is the fastest dragon that Westeros had ever seen. This is why we get that one scene of Meleys and Seasmoke racing eachother while on their way to the wedding.

That scene of everyone calm as Syrax flies overhead is a cool paralell to when everyone runs screaming when Dany flies overhead on Drogon

Yeahh. Well Drogon was an average dragon, sound and all (he was still fabulous), I love HotD for not only creating stunning new, unique designs for all the dragons, but also making all of their roars and sfx so unique!!

@VitchAndVorty she sounds pretty unique compared to most of the others (not including caraxes he obv sounds the most unique) it shows me how many more breeds of dragons there are besides daenerys'. i indeed love caraxes as well for all the same reasons ❤️

Yeah should be more like the books. But dragons werent really used for much of anything during these times. Especially during the dance of dragons unless they flew to war. You might have to wait for something like aegons conquest.

I think its funny how in the lore it was said caraxes has a crush on syrax

@@Treize132 There’s a line in Fire and Blood where it was mentioned Rhaenyra would fly to Driftmark to see Daemon and Laena and in the very same line it mentions Syrax was laying eggs at that time. Vhagar is a she-dragon so Syrax and Caraxes having a thing would be a safe bet I think :)

I cried a little after the opening scene with syrax flying. After the last GoT season everything went downhill like it ruined all my years of watching the series but Syrax was beautiful.

Most Targaryen dragons were not battle experienced, it was of matter of exposure. If they were exposed to conditions that aroused them, then they would fight.

In the last scene, Rhaenyra flies Syrax over Otto and his men and stands on the bridge facing Caraxes, and all Otto’s guards are prepping to pull their swords. What’s their plan? They can’t rush Syrax lol they’re completely defenseless. In my opinion, Rhaenyra should have seized that moment and burned Otto and all his men. The Greens already started the war the moment they named Aegon king.

So far I think Syrax is the prettiest dragon.

You missed the scene where Syrax is leaving Dragonstone. Very beautiful scene to miss.

It wasn’t really Rhaenyra’s fault that Syrax was kept in the dragon pit where she was pampered. Syrax refused to hunt for herself and fly in bad weather conditions. Tbh, being the heir as your rider has its perks ✨💅

She is probably the worst dragon in the dragon history, at least in the book, but damn, shes beautiful and i love her. I wish they make her better in the show and not exactly like in the books for the upcoming seasons

@@pincessenico4566 Every dragon would have rejected a rider that wasnt theirs from mounting it. So its not just Syrax its just we saw this through her in the books that not all dragon riders can ride any dragon that is bonded but just their own. Joffrey is a small kid and though he could save Tyraxes going there fast with Syrax but he was wrong.

Syrax is my favorite dragon. She has a very cute face. I love all the dragons in this series. But Syrax and Drogo interest me more.

I remember an Italian KZreadr, Barbie, who pointed out that the houses in KL had shutters, and up to this point it would also be normal. But they were painted a green that cannot exist in Westeros. In this video the shutters have disappeared 😂😂

George RR martin said that the books were written by a maester who was biased towards team green and didn’t like Rhenaera. He left out a lot of the things that happened with team black and downplayed their accomplishments. According to George RR Martin, we will see “what really happened” via the show! I really hope Syrax fights and kicks butt 😅😂

I completely agree with you. Hopefully, they make changes in the show and make her useful! Dragons are supposed to be very intelligent, so it boggles my mind how she should have had the intelligence to know not to kill her rider's son in the books smh lol.
