According to the Hindu marriage Act, marriage is a life time commitment, should not have exit clauses. Marriage becomes void or invalid, if you don't perform marriage ceremony with saptapadi. Other religion marriages(Muslim, Cristian) are contractual marriages, having exit clauses.
