1:11:35 That right there, WiFi analyzer mode is worth the price of admission. Just being able to look at the congestion and population in 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz in addition to All the other things RF Explorer does, why wouldn't you keep one in your bag? It's like having a bench scope for RF but in a mobile form factor.

What is the max data points per .csv export? Can it do one full UHF-band scan and export all the data points in one file with .025MHz resolution?

I have a show which is the flag ship show for a lesser network. It starts as a four discrete one-to-one separate shoots in one location and grows to an 8 camera/4 audio mixer w/ multitrack redundancy. Then we have talent with a Phonack Invisity, BUT I will be bringing my Phonack Roger kit as a back up. The mainstay of my audio to control will be from the camera microwave. The point being, I have a saturated RF situation, but due to the shoot schedule, have some down days. Is there a situation to where we could feild test this with a loaner/rental unit?

The GPS / Headmap is currently under development. You can connect any GPS active or passive antenna, and the sweeps will store information on where exactly that was captured (outdoors only). With the Headmap functionality you will be able to display geographic / RF signal strength in an online map. We expect this to be available in Q1 2024.

As an RF coordinatior there 2 things make this 100% useless to me, as follows... 1. On the coordination side...NO TV database to pull in. If I have to manually know the TV placments of every tv station in any given area I work in that's a massive headache. WWB does this so simply...I need those exclusions done in less than 5 seconds... And quite frankly, WWB is the Better and BEST mouse trap out there. Based on this video, your coordination side lacks alot of "user friendlieness" and ease of use. 2. The antenna connector is an SMA...I'm sorry, but this is NOT a Pro device unless you have BNC connectors. ALL A/V use is for BNC connectors. Having to keep a handful of adapters at all times is silly at best. The first version of the RF Expl Pro had a BNC and that's why I bought it... Maybe you will fix some of this in the future...but this product is a hard NO for me until you address these 2 things. Well, frankly a third thing is Cost....the pricepoint is about double what I would pay for this device....it's just not the right value for $1400 retail. Don't get me wrong, I'll spend the $$...about to invest in a more robust system to the tune of over $5k, so cost is not the issue. Value vs cost is. And of course ymmv....everyone works differently...but this isn't a solution for me as it is in it's current state.

Thanks for your feedback. 1. A TV database will be added in an upcoming firmware update. Additionally, once you work in a specific area, the project can be easily reused, so there won't be a need to repeat TV exclusions everytime. 2. SMA is the standard connector for high-frequency professional analyzers. While BNC is popular among A/V professionals, it's not suitable for working at 6GHz or higher frequencies. The RF Explorer Pro is designed to be as thin as possible and offer high performance at very high frequencies across multiple applications, making BNC connectors unsuitable. However, we understand the convenience of BNC for A/V, so our distributors will offer pigtails and compact adapters for easy connection. The adapter can be fit in place permanently so it should not make a big difference if the underlying connector is SMA.

Which RF explorer do you prefer to use now? So you still use your older RF handheld explorer? Is it a good idea to always use the older model as a backup? Thanks in advance, for helping me copy your setup, until the new RF Pro gets new updates.
