Man i love these medjay changes. Makes him super cool and unique without being busted

I think Medjey is in such a healthy spot now. Maybe his staff form could use some work, but otherwise he's neither toxic nor trash.

@@coolingindaboot6853 It is amazing for what it's designed for. I feel the heavy finisher needs a touch more though. Nothing as intense as being unblockable, but something. It would also be cool to see him be able to chain into his grab-bash. Like after a chained light he can either hyper-armor heavy or go into that full second bash grab. Gives him some unblockable pressure without being totally OP. A full second is more than enough reaction time even during his chain mixup

"Neither toxic nor trash" dude.. the second i see a medjay in the loading screen i know im parrying a light first (or get off locked because of looser mentality) After that its a zone and another light. Whats healthy about literally picking the newest best spam char?.. that thing is worse off in terms off moveset design than hito ever will be.

May i suggest pirate for this gamemode? She really excels in this with the dodge cancels, hyper armour and post heavy bash

i only played medjay for the big damage, range, and hyper armor. now all of thats gone. like yea axe form got the undogables but the bash got nerfed. the axe stance was never good and i think its worse now. but now staff mode is almost unusable. and his new move to switch between 2 awful stances wont save him. hes just a bad hero now

Medjay is actually far better now. He just isn't for you anymore. And his axe mode didn't get nerfed, and his chain lights losing armor hurts yea, but you still have the biggest hit boxes in the game.

Remains a spam char.. actually its worse now.. im bored after one round playing him myself and facing him just became a 'side light, zone, bash, light, off lock heavy into light' Thats not even close to good. Im seeing this thing and know im not seein something interesting for the next 8 to 10 minutes while im waiting for these folks to respawn. (Spoiler.. they just repeat the process) Im getting pretty much bored to death by now and eat raw top heavys because im falling asleep from this mid game. Would be healthier for the game if people would just stop justifying bad moveset design. Truth is. You dont have to think for a second. Press buttons and something will die. At least hes still good for minions.

@ZuRekka 1 move gain a property, 2 moves lost a property. thats a nerf. and thats after his damage and hitbox nerf he already had last season. he sucks now

@Soturiel cant say i agree with that. hes only a spame character if you cant parry. hes a joke in competitive play now. and most all block characters shut him down. especially varangian guard. that hero has just totally broke the game.
