The only places that can't be filmed area areas such as washrooms. Any cop that tells me I can't post videos of criminals will forfeit their families lives before forfeiting their own.

Why blur the video if you want to identify them?

What is happening to Canada. I live in Ottawa, 20 years ago when I lost my wallet the bus driver found it. After finishing his shift dropped off the wallet at home. This was my lovely Canada, now everytime I open the news there is some nonsense going on. Stealing chickens come on now

An Indian couple who were obviously addicts stole my phone when I was homeless and I even had a picture of him because he took a selfie and it transferred to my phone, police did nothing lmaoooooooo
