It's so hard to find meal prep videos that are high protein but also DELICIOUS, interesting and unique. I always see the same chicken, rice and sauteed veg. Love these videos. I am not vegan but love incorporating vegan meals into my diet.

Kudos. Keep an open mind about veganism - when you realize you can eat delicious, healthy, cost effective foods and live a life without paying for the exploitation and abuse of animals , it's absolutely delightful. Being vegan is simply taking the idea that animal abuse, slavery and exploitation is wrong, and applying it to our actions , not just our words

I meal prepped this one yesterday and the result was incredible. I work at home and my job is quite demanding and I need nutricional food. I had been looking for something high in protein and this meal is absolutely delicious. Thank you Gaz. I've been following you for some years now and I have one of your books! I'm Mexican (Puebla, México) and I felt so honored to see that you included an ancient Mexican meal. I loved it btw and it was fun to make it. Gaz, you have literally helped me throughout the pandemic, especially through my healing process & now I'm sharing your recipes with my 2 adult sons & hubby, who are all mainly meat-eaters. Thank you for always bringing amazingly fresh, new, creative & delicious dishes, to satisfy the pallet, especially for those that are not vegan or plant based. You have changed the game... 🙏🏽🍃 Also, when I return to the UK, I'm going to have to check out your Waga Mama restaurant as I didn't get the chance to pop by when I went there in Feb of 2020, right before the pandemic... I was born & raised in London, but moved to the U.S. permanently in the mid 90's & my sons have yet to visit. Will take them with us & visit your restaurant in London. Keep doing your thing & changing/healing lives, one Vegan dish-at-a-time. (big up to your film crew too, they're funny & amazing too 😉) 🌿
From someone who just made this. I would start by saying I only made the stew for now. Plan to try the dip sometime soon though if it’s anywhere near as good as the stew is. This is a fantastic meal. Very simple to throw together if you prepare everything and take your time. Followed the instructions between the recipe and video and had no issues. The only difference was I used only one tablespoon of the chipotle paste. I like hot stuff, but one seemed to be enough for me. Also, used vegetable broth (store was out of stock). The dark chocolate really does kick it up a notch at the end. Had to let mine simmer a little longer to thicken, no issue though. I really feel like I can impress my friends and family with this, and hopefully open their minds to how good vegetables can taste, without the need of meat to make it hardy. Certainly going to look at your other recipes. Thank you!

Wow! I was really enthralled with this video and this Summer, I am going to make it a priority to do this when I can grow fresh herbs. In Canada we cannot plant until early June so 3A has a very short growing season. All the same, this looked tantalizing and I loved the outdoor cooking! Good on you young man! Cheers to PROTEIN! I just made it: DELICIOUS. The stew is indeed very rich, the quinoa holds it, the greens (cauliflower leaves steamed is what i had) with the pumpkinseeds-topping freshen it up and adds a touch ( forgot the tofu, will add it tomorrow)- gracias!

Ive started making red lentil soups for lunch now. Its easy to make a base and then just adding different spices, vegetables, maybe some coconut milk or tomato paste. One cup of dry lentils has 50g of protein!

as you might know, combining rice with lentils form a "complete protein." (Or so sayeth the interwebs.) In any case, it's delicious and filling, esp with spices and veg. 🍲

This is the next one on the list for me. I want to build more muscle in the gym and was really struggling to work out how to hit the 180g protein that is recommended without overdoing the calories, and also getting the flavours in there.

I love when you do high protein meal prep videos! I workout 6 days a week and love your recipes so THANK YOU! Also, I am a very very old school fan so I remember you did this for Harlem Eubank a few years ago but to go more old school... you also did one of my favorite recipes ever which was another version of this with plantain on top. That was mind blowing good and I still make it today. It was the first vegan dish that my husband actually asked for ( he is not fully vegan)

This looks sooo good and tasty and I really wanna try it out myself now! I was just wondering, do you have any suggestions for substituting the tomato paste in the stew and the tomatoes in the dip? I love tomatoes but unfortunately they make me feel sick, so I have to avoid them and I never really know what to use as an alternative, since I still wanna get a good flavor…
