Great job PJ, I am planning a total renovation this fall. I am in Baltimore and had major Poa issue after overseeded last fall. However, the two areas where I performed renovation came in great. The color stay dark green even though the winter. Some areas struggle d after using "Holy Water" not sure if I want to do that again. Some Bermuda grass is growing in some parts very little. Thanks for providing an alternative to using "Holy Water" I don't want to deal with that Poa next season.

No real issue besides the fact that the device is a residential unit. It’s not built to do multiple yards as I’ve used it for. Dethatching one yard (max 5k sqft) twice a year is what I think it’s best suited to handle.

Yes, too late. You can start the process around the last week of August.

Did you apply the herbicide after your brother laid down the seeds? I've purchased the United Seeds and Meinor sprinkler per your recommendation. I'm ready to get my lawn in shape.

The Mesotrione was applied after immediately after dropping the seed.

Question i seen you use super turf 1 LS and mentioned Snapback which one did you like better? Was snapback darker? Im in MI and plan on doing a full reno soon.

@@growgreen4861 both are very good. The SnapBack has some great cultivars and I prefer it over the Super Turf
