No.... for interim dividend only the rate criteria needs to be met.. i.e. the rate of interim dividend in CY cannot be more than the average dividend rate of last 3 years

@@RajjaRomi that is only for companies who suffered loss in the CY and loss also for the quarter immediately preceding declaration of interim dividend

Shares in relation to unpaid div not paid for 7 consecutive years is also to be transferred to investor education and protection fund , and if such transfer falls in-between SEP 16 -- OCT 17, Then the due date for transfer of such shares will be Oct 2017.

According to me, members 7 days m claim nahi karenge balki 30 days m claim karenge and that 7 days is given to company (and not to SH) to open an account n t/f amt to Unpaid dividend account.. but you said ki after 30 days member will claim within 7 days and after 7 days co will open account..but the same is not true

File form IEPF-5 With IEPF department which is regulated by CG, and after that IEPF will forward the case to company to verify whether the claimant is rightful or not. After that company will report back within 15 days to IEPF, if satisfied IEPF will released fund and securities to the rightful claimant.

You will run out of pictures. So my suggestion would be that show important words. Don't focus too much on pictures. Focus on more text. Taaki likhna easy ho jaaye exam mein. Pls pls pls don't show moving pictures. U can just show listen carefully. Pictures are distracting. It's very important to listen to your voice.
