Armani Code Absolu is now one of my faves. I just love the vanilla and powderiness. To me, it actually smells fresdh as well. I have used it this and it doesnt seem to be out of place, just spray less.

The Lavender plant is a perennial herb that blooms in the summer months. The fragrance notes of lavender vary depending on where it is grown and the time of year. In the Northern Hemisphere, lavender blooms in late June and July. The fragrance notes are more floral, with hints of citrus and bergamot. In the Southern Hemisphere, lavender flowers bloom from September to November. The scent is more herbal with a hint of peppermint and eucalyptus.

I dont what people are on about Dior Homme Parfum being difficult to wear, how is it? I got Dior Homme Parfum in April, I have been wearing this all spring and summer, for all occasions, house, bar, the beach, clubs, festivals and it works and smells great everywhere. I have had a bunch of compliments in clubs too. No one is coming up to me saying 'what are you wearing this for in the summer' Its just ridiculous to think a smell cannot be worn whenever you like. Yes of course dont go to the office in a strong perfume as it may bother your colleagues, but other than that, I have worn every kind of fragrance in every kind of season and social scenario and only got complements. If it smells good, wear it out!

Bleu electric is readily available in the the Middle East. I traveled to Saudi in August and I went through Qatar airport. Both in Doha airport duty free, and in every Siphora, Faces and every fragrance store in Saudi I found it.

Glad I have Dior homme parfum in my collection not to many are available and the ones available are selling for more than 300 dollars a bottle. I had it for 8 years and yes I have received grate compliments on that one in winter one spray is a monster last 8-9 + hours.

Prada Cargo de Nuit is quite stunning. The day I tried it, I’d forgotten that I put a small amount on my wrist from the sample I have. I kept getting a whiff of the most luxurious, high end fabric softener, one you want to wrap yourself up in it and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Then I remembered my wrist and couldn’t get my nose off of it. 4.38 on Fragrantica.

@@caspar_gomez unfortunately, yes, so of course I discovered it long after it was discontinued. Prada Luna Rossa Black is very similar, but there’s something about Cargo that Black is lacking.

Apart from Midnight train , i have tried Miracle of the rose . Very dark , leathery and alluring . 30+ age range

Very random q, but do u know if Givenchy gentleman EDT has been reformulated because I bought one a year ago and loved it, I recently bought a new one, same edt, same size etc, but the bottle shape is slightly different and the box is smaller, I bought it from the perfume shop so it’s legit and the first time from boots.. is it just a bottle change or reformulation ?

Didn’t mention if the The Most Wanted was the edt or edp but assuming it was the edt. Is there a significant difference between the two? Another fantastic vid btw…you’re def my go to person for fragrances👏🤙

What do you think about Uomo Intense vs Dior Homme Intense? Good for which men? Which one ist better?

I hate when I see a fragrance described perfectly how I like it, and I go to see the price and I get slapped with the price. No way it has to cost so much. Yea I get it, they earned it, solid house but damn, when I see all these videos showing that despite all the expensive raw ingredients, it's never, ever more than $20 to make. But one day I hope to get my hands on the Parisian. I've stopped to their website a few times in my journey.

I find Spicebomb extreme super easy to wear, obviously avoid in heat but autumn - winter just adjust your sprays and its so damn good! Might even wear it today for brunch 😅

A coworker gave me $600 to buy him Coromandel. I went to a Chanel store in L.A.; at first it was kind of weird smell, probably because I'm not used to those kind of smells, I got a small spray on my arm, and it proyects a lot! that was at 1 pm, then, I went shopping, and also to the beach, washed myself after that and it still smells. Very good but you have to get used to it.

Bleu electrique is discontinued at some areas (like guerlain ideal cologne). Brands choose to stop selling different fragrances at different areas. In Germany you can get it still

I try to hard to understand the Bleu Electrique thing. I have a 40 ml and will just keep spending time with it I guess. But at first sniff, it just doesn't jump out at me at all.

Same, at first sniff it was a good scent (not amazing) but first time I wore it when going out I got 3 compliments in the first 30 minutes wearing it so people definitely love it

I have Coriolan, but have never fried Coromandel. Coriolan smells amazing, but is challenged in longevity.

Whenever I smell Layton I just think to myself, where's the rest of it? Layton Exclusif has pushed far past it in my mind. I can definitely see regular Layton being more appealing to the masses but the Exclusif is the true masterpiece imo.

I get where your coming from as it is a bit more complex, but for me it just adds a woody dry down which are 10 a penny, aventus does it better. Original Layton nails that mass appealing signature far better. All just opinions though 😊

What are your thoughts on it Alfredo? Or haven't you smelled it? Personally prefer the original. Intensely is too strong and with Absolutely I think the chestnut note is a bit too forward and the dry down becomes a bit deodorant like on my skin (as with Freeze)

I have Bleu E. and yes it is nice…maybe very nice. But masterpiece? Not for me. I have approx 60 bottles and it may be in the top half…maybe.

You gave Armani Code 9/10 and Creed Royal Oud 8/10. Are you sure about that? In my opinion scores should be 7/10 and 9.5/10 for those fragrances.

most people do not have access, time, money, opportunity or resources to smell more than a few dozen to 100 perfumes a year to get a sufficient sampling of brands and perfumes to be qualified to vote on the top fragrances. Top brands (fashion houses are a poor choice, they are interested in profit rather than quality or uniqueness)

I figure batman doesn't wear fragrance. Bruce Wayne i'd peg as a Tom Ford Grey Vetiver or a Guerlain vetiver sort of guy. If not that I'd think more like Tom Ford Beau de Jour or Platinum Egoiste. Clean and masculine. I think Dior Homme Parfum is way too feminine and also a bit funky.

Am I the only one who doesn’t like PDM Layton?? I think it smells like cough medicine. Maybe because I’m using a sample vial and it doesn’t distribute as well from that? 🤷🏻
