Myslf is a great scent. I got Y Le Parfum instead tho since i prefer it and it’s cheaper on discounters

I was gifted YSL MYSLF recently and at first I was on the fence about it and even contemplated taking it back for an exchange of something else but it grew on me and now I fw it. It's definitely going to be my signature scent for spring and summer.

Does MYSLF need to age or something? I remember smelling it at Ulta when it dropped and it honestly didn't smell like much of anything. It was almost like smelling a bottle of water lol. I mean, I sensed something mineral or chemical like but not a defined scent. I figured I must be anosmic to it so it must be mostly aroma chemicals versus naturals because it was weird not to smell anything discernable as a fragrance.

@@DarlingNikki2 the more I have it the more I began to think it needed to age a bit more. This the type of fragrance that you can spray on quite a bit and it will not really get annoying. Also spraying it in the right places helps. It last longer on clothing than on skin

Myself is one of my favorite fragrances its not on the same tier for me as chanel de blue or the aqua di gio absolu but I love it because you can wear it everywhere and its just great.

Love Profondo. I’ve yet to smell Eros Flame on anyone else, great stuff.

I love love love Eros Flame...even more than Eros parfum.

Just got back from Ulta with bottle of Eros Flame Never lets me down and is a fantastic fragrance for spring, Summer (nights especially) and fall. The mandarin orange is absolutely gorgeous in it

Ash the great. My SOTD is Prada Ocean EDT and man I'm totally loving every second of it just wish the iris was stronger..Nah I ain't hating on Myself nope. Love it. I hope it keeps getting hate so the price will go down,down,down. Simple fragrances are exactly what's needed sometimes yup yup. And man the Gentleman EDT Intense another love of mine can't get enough of that one yes sir. I rarely wear profondo or sauvage anymore. They are both dust collectors right now but gonna knock the dust off soon. Haven't tried the Eau Givree or Invictus Victory or Valentino Intense. Out of those 3 that I haven't tried, Valentino Intense seems to be the most appealing to my thoughts on a next purchase. Ninja roll! Out.

the brand announced Acqua di Gio Profondo Parfum, and it follows the same style as the new packaging. I think it's just a style alignment

A friend bought me ombré nomade. Wasn’t even sure liked it. But a hot girl stopped me in Finland to ask me and write down what I had on (true story). So I guess I love it now. I think. Weird one. My jacket still smells of it over a month later. The projection is insane.

Another great video Ashton, a lineup that doesn’t break the bank and are versatile for the casual wearers.

Versace Dylan Blue should also be there. This fragrance gets compliments all over and everywhere

Sauvage EDT has been reformulated so much so that you can see the straw in the bottle now. No more of the decal that made it look invisible and the the fragrance noticably doesn't push AT ALL. I was lucky to get a couple minutes of projection with NO silage AT ALL. I'm hoping the EDP will do better now.

If I’m interested in Profumo which is discontinued and never had smelled it. Which Acqua Di Gio should I buy ?

I actually had this happen yesterday in Walmart with a lady. It was Parfums Vintage version of Safari Extreme.

Still looking for Acqui Di Gio Profondo 2024. Hard to find for a decent price. ADG prices are hardly ever discounted much. And they're not easy to find for new releases.

Boss Bottled Elixir should have been in here. I swear i get a compliment from complete strangers every time i wear it. I bought an extra bottle last week, just in case they reformulate it, and of course just as a backup. You cant go wrong with that fragrance.

I just sampled Myself. I’m not hating, but it’s a hard no for me. It reminds me of Paco Rabanne the original Phantom. If it sells more power to YSL ✌🏽

I just tried the new Profondo. As you Americans would say - ‘meh’. It was very light and fresh but nothing different and only lasted about an hour. It smells nothing like the Profondo we know and love. Give me Loewe ‘7 Cobalt’ any day, it’s a great alternative to Bleau and Profondo.

hey Ash, i know u had mentioned about possible leakage issues with the new ADG bottles now that they went to a refillable style, as u made note of it a while ago with the the Parfum. I was wondering if u have heard more on that topic, if it is a wider spread issue, or was resolved at all, any news on it really, and if i should try getting a bottle of ADG Parfum or not given this possible issue. Personally i like the scent but idk if i wanna buy it if there is leakage issues as u described previously. If anyone else reads this and can comment on the issue at all, please do!

Gentleman EDT Intense is my favorite from the line. Don't get me wrong I love them all, but I literally wear Intense to sleep, not sure why but Iris has a calming effect on me.

To me, the profondo is just wayyy to simple, I prefer the Absolu. A very pleasing woody touch

Haha, yep same for me, and ironically voyage is my cheapest fragrance. Profondo is nice smelling to me but not had one compliment when wearing it. And it doesn’t last as long on me as voyage does either lol.

Profondo was messed up, the darker incense element was removed which gave it its poise.

I wish YSL Myself would be available on our city, so far there's no testers or a full box to buy. I also agree with Profondo, it smells very simple but has so much depth. Day 5 Asking Ash to Review Dior Homme Intense clones like Al Wataniah Kayaan Classic, Pendora Scents Camaro Homme Intense & Lattafa Dark Door Intense.

@@TerrainJeremy3945smells very classy but youthful. It’s unique enough to stand out from the original Eros but it still retains about 50% of the DNA. Has a very strong cloying opening that smells sweet and fresh but in a “red” kind of way and not your typical green freshness. If you can get past the strong opening of woods, it settles into this creamy vanilla with woods and hints of geranium and chinotto seeping through. Great versatile all year fragrance.

Eros 🔥

I got to put as an honorable mention Rawsi Hawas. Huge head turner when I wear it when the temperatures get warm.

Profondo is out as a Parfum already as of now.

8:26 I love Eros Flame, but from what I experienced with ppl , a lot of “normies” when they see the red Eros they think it’s a Femme version of the DNA and they don’t bother to try it. Maybe if it was black or something people would think to try then then they will love it.
