Reviewing a Strange Array of Bike and Outdoor Products

If I keep making every video about Berm Peak I won't have a KZread channel in about 6 months. So we're switching it up! Here's a good old fashioned "10 product reviews" video, with the "10" dropped from the title because lists are out of style. Enjoy.

In regards to the "crud cloth", that seems like a waste. I've been keeping a damp washrag against the bladder inside my camelbak for my rides. After my ride, I can take out a nice cold wash rag and wipe down my face, arms, and whatever else. It's really refreshing and helps cool you down fast.

I also use a camelbak, so at the end of my ride I take off my sweat soaked t-shirt, clean my arms and legs off with it, and put on a fresh tee. Gross, I know, but it keeps my car interior pretty clean, and I shower the rest of the gunk off when I get home.

My personal favorite tool, that I’ve only been using for a few weeks now. I took a fairly heavy flathead shovel and used a table mounted belt sander and made an edge like a knife on both sides. I also did it to the front of the shovel. The thing is absolutely deadly- going through multiple inch trees in one swipe. It’s also good for the little sprigs that poke out of the ground- just give it a hit with the front of the shovel and they are gone. It’s now my go to tool for clearing trails. That and a pruning saw. If I can’t get through something on a trail with those two tools it’s going to be a foot thick tree. Works really good, it’s strong steel, and it has so much mass that it just rips its way through brush and such. It would also be very good for self defense.

Hey Seth, I got a bike hack. To measure sag, instead of using zip ties like people do, use pipe cleaners. They are soft and don’t scratch the shocks. Another hack, if you have the black stuff inside of your bite valve, fold a pipe cleaner in half, put the bite valve under running water and use the end of the pipe cleaner without the sharp metal part to clean the inside. (Craft pipe cleaners)
You should partner up with circlesquarediamond and make a complete map when ur done with this berm peak

Seth, I just want to say I started watching you in 2015 and ever since the first few videos I watched you have been my favorite KZreadr. You put the upmost effort into you videos and always have me looking forward to Friday’s. Every other weekend I go to my dads and I usually am not excited because he can be mean sometimes, but I always think to myself “at least seth is coming out with a new video.” I just wanted to tell you you are an amazing inspiration to me and definitely one of my idles.
I love that even with your success you're still blunt with your reviews and conscious of the consumer. Thanks for looking out for our wallets! Keep up the good work. We appreciate it!

“When friends come over the Is is usually the machete I reach for” wow man that’s a bit aggressive😂
Laughed so hard at the end with Drama and the log...then teared up. Almost miss him as much as I do my own dogs who have passed.
Hey Seth! Me and my grandpa are both subscribed to your channel and we watch your videos each week as they come out...we love them! My grandpa is one of your over 60 subscribers and I’m 11. My mom, dad, brother and me and my grandpa are all avid mountain bikers. We love heading out to our local bike park that we affectionately call “the dump” because it’s beside a dump :-). It’s real name is Mt Work Regional Park. We like to make our annual pilgrimages to Whistler each year to ride the bike park and we also love riding at our local lift access bike park located on Vancouver Island called Mt. Washington. We sure would love it if you came up to Victoria BC to ride our local trails and try out the trails at Mt. Washington. There are a ton of great riding trails all along Vancouver Island as you make the trip from Victoria to Mt. Washington. I am sure you won’t be disappointed.
Have been running the gripper for a solid 5 months, no regrets.

Great content buddy, you’ve inspired me to start filming my own rides. Up to 18 subscribers now 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Damnit Seth, its 3am here and I was about to sleep 😂
I wish you'd do longer videos. I love it. And I do understand making more is hard but adding 5-8 more minutes would be super 😊🚵
Get a dirt jumper would suit ur riding style perfectly Been here since the trek days btw😉
LOL.... Love your dog, but he ain't no trail dog 🤣🤣🤣
Who else think Seth is the best mountain biker on KZread . 👇👇
The Park Tool wheel holder is pretty nifty, wouldn’t make sense for an individual bc it’s not a huge issue if it’s just me, but at a shop it’s nice because I don’t have to bend over when I’m fixing a dozen flats on a Saturday. I also like it for tubeless setup because it helps prevent spilling, food for installing or replacing spokes and gets in the way less than a trying stand. Another employee thinks I’m dumb for using it but the owner likes that it’s getting use lol. Can’t say it makes it any much easier to install a tire unless it’s a really stubborn DH casing or tight 700c tire
Drama needs his own channel. Thanks again for the great video!
Haha, I love the ending too much 🤗
11:08 that descalated quickly

Seth, thank you for featuring our bag in your video. Cheers!
On the day I got a new bike, I broke my first 3 toes on my right foot on the bike. NOW my dad is upset because the bike he bought me is a paperweight for a few weeks. Ugh. Btw it's a mongoose excursion. It's a good bike, and it's 140 dollars without 2 year protection, 160 with, but it is heavy as frig.
My shoulder got fractured and came here to cheer me up , as I can't ride my bike 😞

Being from North Vancouver, I never even knew what a tick was........... until I was 12 visiting Jacksonville, FLA in 1984 and had a tick burrow itself into my ball sack. I didn't know what it was and it didn't hurt, so I just left it alone. 2 weeks later back in Vancouver I finally had to show my Dad and off to the doctor we went to have it removed. Good Times, Good Times !!
