My dog loves this bed. He gets hot and it is cooler compared to the fuzzy ones. I have it covered with a cover I made even though you can wash the cover. I had bought so many beds until I found this one. He is sleeping peacefully now in his bed.

Have you tried the Orvis dog beds? My Golden had an Orvis Deep Dish memory foam dog bed (fleece lined) for over 12 years and it still looks brand new. I'm curious how the Casper bed compares. I'm always looking for the best I can buy.

It‘s really hard to find a bed that fits my imaginings. I like this bed because of its sleek, modern design and the colors as well as its memory foam. But I‘m unsure about the external material as it‘s normal naylon, I like fake leather as it holds up much better I think and it‘s way easier to clean. The second thing I‘m kind of concerned right now about the bed is the stuffing; It says it has memory foam, okay cool, but how much? Many (dog) beds say they‘ve got memory foam in them, but really not much, the other foams are mostly explained or declared for air circulation and so that no coldness comes to the dog, which is simply not really necessary, yet many dog beds which are declared as luxury or higher end has got this concept. I only found ONE single brand which purely has memory foam in it, but it‘s a german brand. Its cover is made out of fake leather, good quality fake leather, rest is top notch as well. Now the thing about this specific bed is; it either has no borders, which is fine, but I find that my dog really enjoys kinda stuffing her head into the edges in her current bed or with borders, but the borders are kind of huuuge (and ugly) and it takes away so much space from the bed, my dog couldn‘t even sprawl out. There are some other dog bed brands Iike, but they‘ve all got the kinda same problem: not declared clearly what (how much) (foam) memory foam is in it. I‘m so in struggle right now.. If anyone knows a brand that fits my criteria, I‘d really appreciate it. Thanks

I took the foam out of the casing to air out, but can't for the life of me remember which side of the foam is top and bottom... One side had a thinner foam layer attached - is that the top?? Lol

I just did the same thing. Contacted the company and they said the thin layer goes on top.

Great! One seam in the corner did pop after basically daily digging from our dog, but it took us only a few minutes to sew back in place and all good again! No rips! Very tough!
